Lovely service on both visits staff very helpful and friendly and found exactly what we wanted

Easy to buy, no pressure from the staff to purchase. Super comfy and reasonable price ( didn’t haggle though!).

Disappointly wouldn’t volunteer to come and decorate pre delivery but you can’t have everything - Thanks Nessy!

My first sofa buying experience was made all the better by Adrian for providing all the knowledgeable tips and helpful advice and talking me through the process and product. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, definitely recommend!

Was easy and relaxed environment to walk around the staff were really nice, 1 particularly staff member Tara helped us pick our sofa, she is very informative and great at her job such a lovely lady.

We recently purchased a sofa for our new home and had the pleasure of being assisted by Tony. From start to finish, Tony was extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything to the finest detail, making sure we fully understood all our options and felt confident in our decision.
His level of customer service was truly excellent — nothing felt rushed, and no question was too small. He made what can sometimes be a stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable.
We even found ourselves wondering if Tony works on commission, because he absolutely deserved it after the outstanding service he provided! We would love for management to know how lucky they are to have such a fantastic employee representing their company.

We spoke to both Miles and the store manager (i didnt get the managers name). Both were very helpful and knowledgeable. The sale was very relaxed and they took the time to answer all our questions, while offering us a hot drink.

We had a nice welcome from Tony who explained the process and showed us where the power recliners were located to save us trailing round the shop with our 95 year old mother who was wishing to purchase a new sofa. He kept checking we were okay and was very helpful explaining different sofa qualities. We didn’t feel pressured at any point even though we were in the shop for some time. Tony was very personable and pleasant with our mother which put her at ease. He was happy for us to look elsewhere. We returned to Sofology later, were welcomed back by Tony and made a purchase. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience and would purchase from Sofology Rotherham in the future.

From start to finish (store visit and purchase to delivery and installation) this has been a fabulous experience. Not rushed or hassled whist in store and Tara was knowledgeable, helpful and just lovely.
The communication about my delivery was spot on, Rang to let me know they were on their way so not left just wondering what time they’ll come. They were polite and super efficient, sofa unpacked, built and all rubbish removed all within 15 minutes.
Sofa is fab too .

We had a fantastic experience with Sofology. The quality of the products is excellent, you can really feel the difference in the materials and craftsmanship.

What stood out most was the sales team. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy. I’ve been to other furniture stores where you’re practically followed around the moment you walk in, which can make the whole experience uncomfortable. That definitely wasn’t the case here. We were given space to browse at our own pace, with support available when we needed it.

A special mention to Nessy, who was brilliant throughout, approachable, professional, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. She made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

Overall, it was a relaxed and positive buying experience. Highly recommend!
