Excellent in store customer service
Can highly recommend Sofology Swindon. Excellent customer service from the whole team. They seem genuinely keen to help you but most importantly give you the time and space to browse, being readily available for questions when you need them. Helpful and friendly staff
Staff in the Swindon store were all super helpful, both times we visited the store. The radleigh sofa we chose was not available to view in-store, but we were able to view an alternative sofa which was similar. All our questions were answered and the purchasing was straightforward. Special thanks to our salesperson Marta, so friendly and helpful.

Impressive Staff
Helpful staff (Delphi)that gave us answers to all our questions without trying to push us on a sale, giving us time to come to our own decision.
The staff also knew their product were very polite and very easy to talk to which made the whole experience enjoyable.

Customer service was brilliant, could not fault them, was met by Nick on the first day and offered us a beverage, after a good look we found what we wanted, Nick explained everything to us. We went back 2 days later and was met by Kai lovely person and ordered our soffology
