Helpful, non pushy staff with lots of lovely sofas to choose from!

Steve is the best salesman ever. I had my heart set on the Bellagio corner sofa but it was measuring too much of a tight fit for our home. I wont lie, I was gutted. My husband started to look at other sofas when Steve had a light bulb moment. A 3 seater! Once we measured up it meant we could buy the 3 seater, a foot rest (its massive) and a love chair (also HUGE) Its all thanks to Steve's quick thinking. The Bellagio is a HUGE suite of furniture and were thrilled that we got what we came in for. Steve was so friendly mannerly and polite and doesnt make a bad cuppa either. He was really knowledgeable about the product and his quick thinking saved the day. Were two very happy customers and I know the kids are going to love relaxing and having movie nights in comfort. We're so excited for it to be delivered.

Absolutely shocking experience. We bought two recliner sofas in “Nutmeg” and they are NOTHING like what’s shown in the showroom—completely different colour and far worse quality.

We checked the swatch and even used the room visualiser before buying, yet what turned up looks nothing like what we were sold. This feels completely misleading.

When we complained to Sofology, we were dismissed and told it’s “the correct colour” and that nothing could be done—no accountability at all.

The sofas themselves are poorly made—stitching doesn’t line up, cushions are uneven, and the legs are wonky. These are NOT the same as the showroom models.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

Lovely light, bright showroom with lots of choice for sofa, chairs & other furniture.
All clean & tidy.
Staff very helpful & in my experience not pushy in the slightest.
Sofa brought with 4 hrs interest free credit & delivery date not to far away!

Good information

I had been two 4 sofa shops and Sofology was my last hope! Went in and fell in love with a sofa! Rob approached us, he was fabulous not over powering nor pressurising! He gave us all the details we needed in seconds was so knowledgeable! The process of buying the sofa he made really simple! Followed up with a call to confirm everything! Thanks so much Rob as I hate shopping as the staff normally hound you and drive me mad! But you was friendly and made it so simple!

Staff helped me so much.. This is a unique colour and sofa... I just had to get it.. Wish the delivery date was sooner tho that would be a touch . But overall absolutely brilliant

New sofa new sofa new sofa

This is the third sofa we have purchased with Sofology. We decided to purchase the third sofa end of 2025 with Sofology even though we had seen other sofas we liked and those that were a lot cheaper, we wanted to go with a comany that we had used before. Unforetunately this time round the service we have received from Sofology has been very disapointing. We were told up to 10 weeks delivery time and we are currently on week 14 with no delivery date in sight. They have pushed back the date three times now, and now I have been told they cannot confirm it will even be delivered in the next few weeks. I paid in full three months ago thinking we would of had delivery by now.
I used to recommend Sofology to family and friends and that will no longer be the case. This will be our final purchase with them.

We looked in lots of different sofa shops, but sofology had the most comfortable and elegant sofas.
Also, all the staff were really helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend.

A fantastic experience with Ameet when I come in to buy our new sofa. I had my 2 toddlers with me 'which every parent knows how tough this is when trying to hold a conversation' Ameet was great with entertaining them and playing with them whilst helping me decide on the perfect sofa for our family. We are all so excited for our new delivery. Cannot recommend Ameet enough. Thanks for your support.
