This is the third sofa we have purchased with Sofology. We decided to purchase the third sofa end of 2025 with Sofology even though we had seen other sofas we liked and those that were a lot cheaper, we wanted to go with a comany that we had used before. Unforetunately this time round the service we have received from Sofology has been very disapointing. We were told up to 10 weeks delivery time and we are currently on week 14 with no delivery date in sight. They have pushed back the date three times now, and now I have been told they cannot confirm it will even be delivered in the next few weeks. I paid in full three months ago thinking we would of had delivery by now.
I used to recommend Sofology to family and friends and that will no longer be the case. This will be our final purchase with them.

We looked in lots of different sofa shops, but sofology had the most comfortable and elegant sofas.
Also, all the staff were really helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend.

A fantastic experience with Ameet when I come in to buy our new sofa. I had my 2 toddlers with me 'which every parent knows how tough this is when trying to hold a conversation' Ameet was great with entertaining them and playing with them whilst helping me decide on the perfect sofa for our family. We are all so excited for our new delivery. Cannot recommend Ameet enough. Thanks for your support.

I had a very worst and disappointing experience with Sofology Lakeside. The sales team acts like extremely helpful and agreeable before I placed my order, they said yes to everything and reassured me multiple times about my requirements.
However, once the order was placed and the payment was taken, the service completely changed. When the sofa was delivered incorrectly, they simply blamed it on “miscommunication” and refused to take responsibility. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept repeating that I had signed the terms and conditions.
What’s even more frustrating is that they deny what was discussed in-store unless you have written proof. It feels like once they have your money, customer care is no longer a priority.
Overall, both the sales team and customer service were very poor. I would strongly advise others to be extremely careful, get everything in writing, and not rely on verbal assurances.
This has been one of the worst furniture buying experiences I’ve had.

Sofa arrived damaged, 2 visits from upholstery team to repair. Cushions missing, took months to arrive. Main 4 seater cushion faulty, 1st replacement turned up dirty and wrapped, arrived wrapped on thin plastic, not protected properly, took 7 weeks to arrive, they wanted us to dispose of it, eventually agreed to collect it. Next one arrived a week later, we had taken photos of the 1st one, this one was in the same condition, same wrapping, clearly the same one that we sent back a week earlier, damage matched exactly. This all took 5 months altogether, customer service do not return calls, managers dont call back. @John Taylor stated, we dropped the ball on this one, promised to see all issues through, never heard from him again, won't call us despite repeatedl requests. Steer clear of this business at all costs.

We viewed a lot of sofas across different shops and we felt that one of the great things about Sofology was that the staff left us to look at the sofas as we wished, checking in on us but not hovering. There was no pressure from them which was a great appeal for my partner and I. Rob from Thurrock was great at explaining the different shapes, material and colours we could get. He went out of his way to find examples of the different colours available for us and explained the process and aftercare very clearly. Thank you.

Ameet was extremely helpful answering all my questions. His knowledge about the sofa I was purchasing was was fantastic. He was able the answer questions before they had left my mouth!
Some sales assistant can come across as pushy but Ameet was far from this. It was a please being served by him.
