From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made me feel completely at ease. Her knowledge of the products was outstanding — she understood exactly what I was looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured.

What truly stood out was her patience and professionalism. She took the time to explain every detail, from fabric options to delivery times, and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect sofa. Her friendly personality, attention to detail, and exceptional customer care turned what could have been a stressful decision into an enjoyable experience.

This was, without question, the best customer service I’ve ever received in a furniture store.
