I bought a cotton nightdress because I wanted something simple. It washes well dries quickly and still feels soft after several wears. That's exactly what I was hoping for.

I chose the pink short set because I wanted something cheerful for my evening routine. The colour looked close to the website photos and did not feel overly bright in person. The material is soft enough for sleeping and comfortable for lounging before bed. It has a sweet relaxed look that I really enjoy.

My parcel arrived within the expected time and there were no problems with the packaging. I received useful updates after it was dispatched so I never had to wonder where it was. The order looked exactly as it had on the confirmation page. It was a smooth first experience with the store.

Every update arrived when expected and my package showed up within the estimated delivery window. That made the whole experience feel dependable.

I was unsure which size to choose so I checked the measurements before ordering. The guidance turned out to be accurate and the set fitted the way I wanted. Nothing felt tight around the waist or shoulders. Being able to get the right size first time was a relief.

The lace trimmed set is feminine without feeling too dressed up for bedtime. I was pleased that the trim feels soft rather than rough against the skin. The shorts sit comfortably and the top has a flattering relaxed shape. It gives me the pretty look I wanted without losing the comfort.

I wanted to replace a few worn out pajamas and found several styles that suited different seasons. The collection had enough variety without making the site difficult to browse. I chose one lighter set and one longer option for cooler evenings. Both felt consistent in quality when they arrived.

Poor quality garment. Slow delivery time. Delays in issuing return instructions, including address. Do not order from this company!

The item sent is not as described, synthetic material when it was advertised as being made of linen. Construction of garment is sloppy, unclipped threads, no tags attached, uneven seams. Return process is unreasonable.

Horrible scamming merchant, STAY AWAY! They claim to be from the Netherlands, but they are from China. This is a Chinese scam website. Their merchandise is cheap, poorly made, and looks nothing like the photos or descriptions. If you want to return your order, you will have to pay for the postage and send it back to China. Even if you do ship it, they will give you the hardest time with the refund and refuse to grant it.

I purchased an $80 pair of pajamas from Soft & Sleepy because the product description stated they were cotton. When the item arrived, the garment label indicated 98% polyester.

I contacted customer service and requested either a prepaid return label or a full refund due to the discrepancy between the advertised fabric and the product received. The company repeatedly declined both requests and instead offered partial refunds and store credit while requiring me to absorb the return shipping costs.

After multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company, I filed a dispute with my credit card issuer and was refunded.

My advice to prospective customers is to carefully review product details and keep documentation of listings, labels, and correspondence should any issues arise.

Tried to return a robe that was basically see through and made of extremely flimsy fabric. After dozens of back and forth emails, they made me send a picture of the item before sending me a return form. That is when I found out it was from China and I would have to pay who knows how much to return it. Never will use this company again. It is a sham and a rip off!

I ordered in bulk for a bachelorette party and was sent the wrong items. I emailed their customer service as their number is not in service and their customer service told me the only option was to pay for the return cost myself and they would refund me. It’s a large shipment to china. I told them the product is incorrect and they denied it saying it was the correct product. I have the photo of what I ordered versus what they sent me which is identical to another product on their site. They won’t do anything and I spent so much money. It’s a scam website and the clothes are cheap.

The items I ordered did not match the description (colour, style or size). The labels had been cut out of two of the three items prior to despatch and so could not be returned. In any case the return address was Shaoxing City in Zhejiang China and I wasn’t willing to incur any further cost in returning the items.
