I have been using them for a few years now purchasing antivirus and MS Office software.

Everything has been spot on, and on the one occasion we had a minor issue it was corrected straight away.

They have proven to offer a reliable service time and again, hence why we continue to use them.

I was pointed towards this company, indirectly, by an Amazon CS manager seeking to solve a failure by his own filfillment centre.
Software Bank produced what I needed pdq by immediate email and at a sharp price. They followed up by confirmatory post, with a personalised note.
Whichever way one measures it, they did the job superbly.
I'll certainly come back again for other wants/needs.

I bought software from this company via Amazon. Activation code came a day sooner than expected via email followed by paperwork in first class post. Offered a further discount if I was struggling financially due to cost of living. What a nice gesture. Customer service brilliant.

Just purchased new software but was having a bit of difficulty loading it, I contacted the company and within a very short time the guy logged on with me and sorted it within minutes, he was extremely polite & helpful, I would have no hesitation in purchasing products in the future.

I wanted to purchase software for my computers and I have to say, the person I dealt with was very helpful. I had immediate responses to my questions and after paying, the codes were sent to me within 30 minutes.
Someone I will put in my favourites and definately use again.
