I had an issue about rust on my outside fan and Sofucorfan replaced the rusted parts. I also love the fan.

Service like I have not experienced in a long time. I ordered a large ceiling fan and, in addition, a longer downrod which was not included with the fan. The downrod was damaged and they replaced it very quickly without question. Then when I realized l did not need the longer downrod after installing the fan, I asked if I could return it. They said you could return it, but the shipping would cost a significant amount of money so they told me just to keep it and they would refund my money for the downrod anyway. Wonderful customer service and great product.

Wow. Best customer service. We've ordered two fans and realized we need to use longer downrods in our sloped ceiling. Really liked the sleek design and didn't want to return the fans. Contacted customer care to see if they have extensions wires that we could buy. Response is very fast, courteous. They didn't charge me and even shipped it free of charge.

Great product and option for low ceilings. We really like all the fan speeds, color, and lighting options that make Sofucor more versatile than other brands. The customer service was great when we lost our remote control and needed a new one and further assisting connecting it to the fan. We highly recommend Sofucor if you're looking for ceiling fans.

I just needed a new light for one of my fans. Sofucor immediately answered my call, and the representative was courteous and informative. I had the new light, (and a spare!) within days. The Sofucor fan and light fixture is elegant, works great, and is an asset for any home. I am delighted with the fan and the service from Sofucor.

Great customer communication. Excellent help overall. The remote and receiver stopped communicating and Sofucor offered to replace them both! Great to know that they stand behind their product.

Ordered several of these fans years ago. The controller in one fan stopped working. I contacted Sofucorfan about replacing the controller. They offered to replace the controller and remote for free even though the fan the warranty had long since expired. They were easy to communicate with and stand behind their product. Top-shelf.

I had a great experience with Sofucor. My original package was marked delivered but never arrived, and their team handled the situation immediately and without hesitation. They quickly shipped out a replacement with a new tracking number and even told me to keep the original if it eventually showed up—no hassle at all.

That level of customer service is hard to find. Communication was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout the process.

On top of that, the product itself is excellent—high quality and exactly as expected.

Sofucor Fan has beautifully designed and built products. I chose a modern look ceiling fan with 3 large wooden blades for my living room. It is stunning in my recently remodeled ranch style home.
My contractor's electrician accidentally lost the remote control unit for the fan. Sofucor's excellent Customer Service Dept. has kindly offered to replace the missing remote control free of charge.
Anyone needing a new ceiling fan should definitely check out Sofucor's lineup of products which are reasonably priced, gorgeous and backed by outstanding Customer Service! You won't be sorry!!!

I've ordered five Sofucor ceiling fans within the last couple months & we are very pleased with the clean stylish appearance! We love the wooden three blade fans which match our wood floors. The fan moves more air then our old 5 blade fans. The remote is very handy & easy to use. From order to delivery was very fast & they were well packaged. Plus the shipping was free!! On one install we mistakenly discarded the 5" downrod. Customer Service agreed to send a replacement downrod free of charge. We are very happy with the product, service & best of all we love our Sofucor fans!!

The ceiling fans (bought 2) look and work great. I dropped one fan during installation causing minor damage to several blades. I contacted Sofucor support to order a replacement set and was impressed by how quickly they responded and even more surprised when they sent replacement blades at no cost. I will do more business with this company!!

I reached out to sofucorfan to get a replacement for the light cover and they were very responsive and had a replacement on its way in no time.
