I've had two sets of SolaGarden festoon lights adorning my garden for the last few years and have been very impressed with the quality and durability of the product. Recently, one set has not been working properly. When I reached out to the company, they responded very quickly with some troubleshooting tips. When they proved unsuccessful, I was assured that as there is a lifetime guarantee on the lights, a replacement set would be sent to me.
It's great to deal with such a responsive company, that lives up to their promises.

Absolutely thrilled with these outdoor spot solar lights I bought from Solagarden!

From the moment I set them up, I could tell they were a quality product, so easy to assemble and give off great light that has different brightness settings.

What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional customer service. I reached out to see if delivery could be expedited for a gathering at my place, and Paul Giray went above and beyond to make it happen. He stayed in touched, responded swiftly to messages and arranged priority delivery, and the lights arrived right on time.

It’s rare to find both a fantastic product and such outstanding service these days. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

I brought 8 solar lights around 18 months ago they have been great lights, a couple of them stopped working so i emailed Paul and he responded straight away and said he’ll replace them, amazing company highly recommend these lights. Cheers Dave

I recently had such a great experience with solarGarden’s customer service and felt it was worth sharing.
My garden lights had stopped working, and I reached out for support. Paul got back to me immediately, even though it was in the evening and clearly out of hours. Impressive! Every response after that was just as quick, which was really nice.
Paul took the time to walk me through a few things to try in an attempt to get the lights working again, and although it didn’t work, his communication was so friendly and genuine, it really stood out.
When we couldn’t resolve the issue, he went above and beyond and offered to send me a brand new solar panel free of charge. This was despite the fact that I had purchased the lights the year before their lifetime guarantee even applied.
I’m genuinely so impressed with the level of service. It’s rare to come across such responsiveness, kindness, and willingness to help. Thank you Paul and SolarGarden! I love my lights 🙏

The quality of the festoon lights is fantastic, but the fence lights are quite poor compared to the advertisement.

I have 6 sets of the festoon solar lights, honestly the best addition to lighting up my backyard at night time. I recently had an issue with one of the sets so I contacted SolaGarden to advise them. After some troubleshooting attempts suggested by them unfortunately didn't help, a new set was sent to me as a replacement. When they say lifetime guarantee, they mean it. Prompt delivery

First I ordered the flat ground lights to light up my yard border, I was so impressed with them I have gone back & ordered the spot lights, & I can tell you they are great. My back fence is glass & looks into directly into the jungle in Port Douglas & all night the jungle looks amazing with flooded light. Love them

Items are a lot smaller than i imagined. My project isn,t finished yet so not sure if i would use them.

Quality product and delivers on all counts. My lights were damaged in transit (as was the remote), but were replaced quickly and without hesitation by SolaGarden. The lights look lovely and I can highly recommend them to anyone who wants to lift the atmosphere of their backyard or garden.
