First class service and correspondence from start to finish. Everything was explained upfront, from how solar could work for us, and what we expect from and air sourced heart pump. With all the data to support what we need in terms of minimum temps, due to wife's illness.
During the installation, again we were kept updated on exactly what was happening, the house was kept neat and tidy at the end of each day. Was impressed with the time taken when changing the radiators for larger ones. All additional pipework extensions were copper, not cheap easier plastic.
Since completing the install our house (an old forge) is constantly at 22 degrees and is returning 4 times the heat vs. input

QUICKLY CAME AND SURVEYED, WAS INSTALLED QUICKLY INSTALLERS WERE POLITE AND TIDY, ONLY SLIGHT DELAY WAS SCAFFOLD ON ONE SIDE OF THE HOUSE NOT PUT AT CORRECT HIGHT SO RETURN VISIT REQUIRED CANT FAULT THE INSTALLATION.

From the initial enquiry and survey to the installation of the product it was an easy experience. The Solar panel fitters were very efficient.

The company were thoroughly professional from quote to installation. There was no sales pressure and the staff were a pleasure to deal with.

The instalation proceeded exactly as planned. The scaffolding went up and came down efficiently. The 3 instalers were polite, friendly, skilled and effiecient. They consulted us on our requirements and met them. The kit was installed very neatly and is of high quality.

First class experience from start to finish! Kept fully informed of progress with the installation team arriving on time on day one. The lads worked in appalling conditions spending all day on the roof in torrential rain - I couldn’t even get them down for refreshments! Very friendly and helpful, they were respectful of property, clean and tidy, removing all rubbish at the end - highly recommended.

Excellent, professional customer service from Wright Renewables, Worksop; from the initial consultation through to completion. Hard working, trustworthy and extremely tidy and respectful of the property. All packaging/rubbish and existing system was removed and cleared away daily. My system has been fitted for 18 months now and has been excellent. Excellent follow-up customer service when needed, even out of hours and everyone has been very professional and helpful. With it being a new system I was unsure occasionally of how to change settings for example, and my questions were always promptly answers and explained clearly. I cannot recommend the Wright Renewable team enough. I always assess a company on my experience over a period of time not on the initial fitting. Was kept upto date with how things were progressing. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and happy to help, from the office to the engineers.
The installation when smoothly, all concerned were polite, respected my property and cleaned everything away when complete.

Both the installation and the software went smoothly. The installation team went through everything that was installed and how to track the PV output as well as our load and what we send to the grid. The advice on battery size seems spot on so far.

I approached 4 companies to fit solar panels on my bungalow - Wright was the only one to send a surveyor, which inspired confidence. The installation teams (scaffolding and solar) were also excellent. Arriving on time, courteous, efficient, friendly, tidy, with helpful answers to my questions. The whole 'kit' now works well - and I'm delighted with the whole experience.
