Very friendly and informative about solar Pannels.

The maintenance programme seems like very good value for getting the most out of my solar panels. I was very impressed by the team who completed a deep clean (needed after years of neglect), as they also spent time showing me the other roofing issues that I needed to attend to.

Had a few poor experiences early on there strap line is you don’t pay if you’re not happy - I have not had my money refunded for poor services.
A fuse requires changing in the system I advised I’m only home Mondays and Wednesdays the soonest they could fit me in was 2.5 weeks later, they rang on Wednesday to say there were coming Thursday, pointless as I’d told them at work. I’d waited 2.5 weeks for the appointment.
Then randomly a few weeks later an engineer arrived at my property on a Thursday while I was working, I said I’ve informed them countless times I’m not available this day. I received no call to apologise or to rebook for when convenient.
They claim to be 24/7 I had an error code on my system tried to call them twice no answer option to press one for a call back, did this twice and received a text to say we’ll call you within the hour, no call and no call the next day.
Clearly not good service since last September therefore under your policy promise I expect a refund of my money for this time where I’ve been messed around. Communication is very poor.

It was good to get a courtesy call from Sam at Solar Daddy to make sure our solar panels were still functioning after storm Isha.

Tom was very prroffessional and thorough and made sure that everything was working OK and that I didn't have any faults in my system

I have been with Solar Daddy for a few months now and they have consistently done what they said they will do. Each time they have been timely and professional. Following a storm last night I received a call from Sam asking if our systems were still working ok as they had had several damage faults reported. This again shows a company that cares for its customers. Thank you.

I have contacted them on several occasions, but they just don't respond. My advice is to stay clear they are cowboys.

Great service Tom Hardy is very helpful

After many years of being ripped off by dodgy solar service companies I finally found one which actually did what I was paying for. Their service and support is excellent. Don't look anywhere else, Solar Daddy stands out from the rest!

Customers are ripped off being sold products they don't need at inflated prices and staff don't get paid expenses never mind commission.

Worked for this company for 3 months, and they will give any excuse not to pay their staff, lots of travelling and staying away from home.
Just not worth the hassle.
