SolarFrame Reviews

The sales process was very straight forward, no hard or pushy sales. After sales and during installation was fantastic. Julie was our coordinator and kept me fully up to date, she called every day and left me a voicemail telling me what was happening the next day who was coming etc.

Very happy with the end or end service

The fitters arrived on time and worked very well. I was very pleased with the quality of the the materials that they were fitting. When the items were fitted they sealed the items in very carefully and the surrounds were very neat. They also made sure that everywhere that they had worked was left just as they had found it .I can highly recommend their work

We were kept informed from start to finish about what was happening.
The fitters were punctual and worked really hard.

All the guys were fantastic all the work was carried out to very high standard

Efficient, honest company. Delivered everything we agreed.

From start to finish everything went like clockwork.workers turned up on time worked very hard to make us water tight on first day. Every trade was spot on we would not hesitate to use solarframe again.

Great service, excellent quality, and very good communication. Very reliable, I recommend.

I recently had my windows fitted by Solar Frame and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.
Saj, the sales representative, was excellent throughout the entire process. He took the time to talk me through everything in detail, making sure I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions. He was thorough in every aspect and provided different options at each stage, which made the whole experience feel tailored rather than pressured.
What really stood out was Saj’s communication—he kept in regular contact throughout and even followed up after the installation to check how everything had gone. That level of customer care is rare and very much appreciated.
The windows themselves have been fitted to a high standard, and the overall service has been professional, supportive, and reliable.
I would highly recommend Solar Frame, and especially Saj, to anyone considering new windows.

We had a super quick turn around for our windows and it was fantastic from start to finish. The showroom is lovely and you can see all the different types of finishes so that gave us a better idea of what we wanted for when someone came round to quote. The whole process was smooth, our fitters Adam and Connor were great and the windows went in quick with no issues. The whole process has only taken 6 weeks from first going to the showroom and the house immediately feels warmer!

Very good finished product. We are delighted with our new conservatory. Some issues during installation: damage caused during removal of existing frame by contractor. Solarframe tried to say it was our problem and we would have to pay for extra plastering work but on explaining to them problem was resolved. Finish quality excellent.

The whole experience was very good. Right from visiting the shop to view the options, to the completion of the work. The workers arrived on time and, most importantly, they cleaned up after themselves—no mess for us to sort out.
Since the conservatory roof was installed, we have noticed it is much warmer, and there is no more condensation on the windows. We would recommend this company because they are so professional.

This was our second experience of SolarFrame as a supplier. The prescribed work was undertaken professionally, to budget, and to the agreed schedule. No issues at all. All the staff worked hard and the site was left tidy on completion.

from start to finish couldn't fault the team. From coming on site and looking at all the available frames to the fitters everything was great. Julia my point of contact couldn't do enough and talked us through each step.
The builders was first class and kept everything tidy and the electrician. Would I recommend absolutely
. Thank you

Everything ran smoothly from the information given at the showroom to delivery and the construction of our garden room. An excellent well made product.
Very pleased with it.

It is almost a year since SolarFrame built my new conservatory. It still looks new and has been absolutely perfect with no problems or issues whatsoever. The staff at SolarFrame are extremely friendly and have always kept in contact to confirm that I am still a very satisfied customer.

All went smoothly, the guys who turned up were brilliant and did a great job, cannot fault them. Glass needed replacing and it was taken care of quickly. Solar frame are by no means the cheapest but,the materials are great quality and made with up to date regarding thermal improvements. Very satisfied with the finished job. C Rodgers.

We have a full house of windows and doors fitted over 3 cold and snowy days in November. The fitters were fantastic, hard working and professional in the challenging weather. From the quote to fitting our carpets were protected, unlike other quotes we received. We were very happy with the service and very happy with the quality. Our house is warming quicker and staying warmer for longer. Thank you.
