24 panels, 9KW inverter and battery fully installed in a day. Was impressed how they communicate prior to installation. Everything works perfectly good. So just enjoying free energy and saves money on energy bills. With the battery, we can buy energy at lower rate (nights) for the winter months. And use it on the day where energy is a bit pricey.

Sigenergy battery is really good, works really well. Maybe we’ll check next time after a year of using it. So far alls well.

From start to finish I had no problems with solar home .
From enquiry to meeting sales team , they explain there product & bring a sample of the panels they use , it’s all backed by BMW so my thoughts were they build decent cars .
I was given the chance to save money too an incentive worth thinking about .
Had another company come in & no comparison to solar home .
They provide the scaffolding, they fit bird guard within the price .
The survey was done & advice was given to where the converter & battery could go .
The instalment was done on a day where is raining but that didn’t stop the workers.
I’m so happy with the product & seeing the benefits of having solar panels within my electric bills.

The purchase and installation went smoothly, the site survey was very thorough and detailed, the scaffolding was erected quickly and the installation took place the next day.

The whole installation including the scaffolding installation and removal of the scaffolding was completed in four days, there was minimal noise and a very clean installation.

A great experience

It's a bit early to give an accurate feedback at this stage, as we are still in the winter season and not much sun.
The installation was quick and efficient, everything went to plan, and the technicians cleared all their mess.
Now that the system has been running for month or so. I will keep a close look whether it was worth the money.
I was a bit disappointed that I could not choose the tariff like intelligent Go to charge my EV, as my EV charger does not support it, unless I fork out another £900 to upgrade the EV charger.
Perhaps the sale person should check what EV charger the prospective client has so that he could give a more accurate benefits and what tariffs would be suitable for a particular charger.

Very transparent company, excellent survey, impressive panels, speedy fitting.

The Process was very simple if you take away the beaurcratic red tape of the Electricity authority, which is not in Solarhomes control. The installation was completed in one day the installers did not leave until they completed the job, which was at 22:45 The system appears to be working well and is already saving me money and the Panels are generating energy for the Grid even though it has been all winter months since there installation.

Right from the start with the sales rep to the staff in the office and the installers every thing was perfect everyone was very helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble

It's now 7 months since I had it installed. During the summer sunny days, I was able to cook, launderette, hoover, cut the lawn and hedge at no cost to my energy bill.

I have built up a healthy credit for the winter months when there's less sun.

It's a worthwhile and a highly recommend addition to the property (subject to the relevant applications and approvals), it's a product worth considering. I have had not had issues or problems with any part of the installation, performance of product.

The salesman who came to see us, spend a couple of hours tailing us through it and answering our questions. The efficiency of the teams and crew who installed our system was impressive.
The price was competitive, and the breakdown was detailed. So we knew the cost of each component.
We feel we had real value for money .

We worked with Brandon Taylor who was wonderful about communications, sharing information and following thru. Our panels, battery and inverter were installed beautifully and we started using our panels the same day! The installers and scaffolding crew were very professional, tidy and friendly too!

Very good salesman very knowledgeable about the product, everything was explained very clearly and the panels look great and the installation was perfect only one issue which was resolved by an engineer visit
