First class initial advice and I was able to talk to an engineer straight away which was very reassuring. Excellent customer service throughout and efficient and friendly installers. I can thoroughly recommend Solar Power GB.

All staff knowledgeable, friendly and patient. All queries answered quickly and clearly. Work carried out with minimum fuss and disruption.

Having purchased a house with a faulty inverter, and only having the name and number of an engineer who installed it, we were assisted, with understanding and professional courtesy. The installer had already retired, but provided us with the details of who to call. The team came to us on Good Friday, which was a surprise, but greatly appreciated, Darren replaced the inverter and explained all about Solar use and what could be expected. Communication with the after sales team was also smooth and effective, with Jemma assisting even further with our inquiries.

From the first phone call to the post-installation paperwork, Solar Power GB Ltd set the bar for great customer service.

As the building is grade II listed, this was one of many complicating factors to the installation that the team dealt with competence and with great humour.

the standard of the work was excellent, with only a minor snagging list that was dealt with on the second visit while fitting the battery.

From the very start Solar Power have been very professional and helpful. They designed a system for our awkward shaped roof which had defeated other companies! The installers were very polite and answered any questions I had, they did a very neat and tidy job and took all their rubbish away with them afterwards, There was a slight glitch with the system to start with and they came up the very next morning and fixed it, now the system is working perfectly. The office have also been very helpful and polite with any questions I have had. On the whole I would recommend Solar Power to anyone who asks.
