I am so disappointed in my experience with my return. I just wanted to exchange for a different style that was $2 cheaper but I spent more in the end because I had to pay shipping again. Terrible policies for customers. I do like the shoes but I will NEVER buy another pair, outstanding customer service is more important than any product. Also, I had to write numerous emails just to my code for exchange. BUYER BEWARE.

Quite at variance with Regatta & SportsDirect.CON. Excellent quality. Comfy shoes. As & when difficulties, seldom arose free gratis replacements and/or refunds, were forthcoming. Thank you

I placed an order on February 1. It is now February 11, and I have received no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no legitimate update on my order.

What I have received is a string of useless, clearly AI-generated responses that completely ignore the issue. No accountability. No timeline. No actual human support. Just automated deflection.

Ten days with no shipping information and no real communication is unacceptable. This is not a minor delay — it is a complete failure in customer service and basic business operations. When a company takes a customer’s money and then provides no transparency and no real support, it starts to look less like incompetence and more like a scam.

This was my first time ordering from Kane, and it will absolutely be my last. I will not support a company that hides behind automated responses instead of addressing legitimate customer concerns.

Here is what needs to happen immediately:

• Provide confirmed shipping details and a working tracking numberOR• Cancel the order and issue a full refund without delay

If I do not receive a real, human response resolving this issue promptly, I will take further action through my payment provider.

This situation is entirely avoidable and entirely on your end to fix.

I expect a serious response — not another bot-generated template.

Be aware: Kane shoes may take up to 21 days to refund your return. The shoes themselves are fine, but the slow refund feels like a tactic to discourage returns. If you think you might need to send something back, plan for a long wait. When you order online it’s hard to judge shoe fit etc.. This tactic will lead me to other brands. Also, they charge you $10 to return. Two business tactics id stay away from!

The product has a horrible fit for any bit of wide foot. literally cuts into the top of my foot. They do offer returns, however, they charge you $10 to refund it to your own payment method.

These are the perfect shoes for me at this stage in life. Living in hot Texas, coaching a ton of sports, and being outdoors constantly. They look great, feel incredible, and always get compliments. They’ve actually made running feel good again, which is something I haven’t felt in years due to bad knees and my weight new dad weight @ 230lbs.

I love the no-lace, true-to-fit design, and the fact that they weigh next to nothing. I own three pairs myself, and my kids—who are always on the go—each have two. They wear them all day, every day. Biking, skating, school, and backyard sports.

Kane nailed it.

Kane shoes are a great choice for anyone looking for easy, slip-on footwear that prioritizes comfort. From the moment you slide your foot in, they feel incredibly cushioned and supportive, making them perfect for all-day wear. While they are often marketed as recovery shoes, I can’t say for sure whether they actively aid in recovery. However, they definitely provide a relaxing, cushioned feel after a long day on your feet. Whether you’re wearing them after a workout, around the house, or for quick errands, the convenience factor is undeniable. The slip-on design makes them effortless to wear, and they stay secure without feeling restrictive.

So disappointed. These are my first Crocs. Felt so comfortable and they are so practical that I purchased a pair for my wife. After working in the yard I rinsed them and let them dry outside. The next time I went to use them one of the shoes got completely deformed, losing an estimated 2 sizes (mine are M 13). I forced myself to wear it and got blisters. I decided that I could force it to go regain its shape by putting something inside while I expose it to the sun —Northern California weather, not the Mojave desert—but it didn’t work.

My wife and I each ordered a pair of recovery shoes. They were delivered promptly. After wearing them consistently for a week, I can attest that they are comfortable. Whether they lead to improved recovery is hard to tell.
