Speedy delivery of order
I ordered replacement filters for my 25l dehumidifier from the Greenbushes plant on 28 Jan and they arrived in Cape Town on 29 Jan! Can't ask for better service than that.

Good communication but just too many…
Good communication but just too many emails one to confirm the order one for delivery out notice and one for receipt is sufficient. think I received about 9 emails. The 10% discount offered made me cancell my order with yuppy chef but if i didn't see that email you would have lost a sale. maybe best to offer lower pricing from the start or signup discount.

You’re totally right, that’s a lot of emails. Some of them are automatic updates so customers know exactly what’s happening with their order, but we agree it shouldn’t feel overwhelming and we’re actively working on simplifying this.
