Don't even think about depositing money or playing here. You won't get your winnings anyway. This casino only accepts deposits and doesn't allow withdrawals. Customer support doesn't work, and they don't respond to emails. They're outright scammers.

As of 21 May 2026, 5:22 PM, I have been waiting for my withdrawal since 11:45 AM today, and nobody from support has responded either. My money is just stuck in the casino and is not being paid out!!! No one in the online casino is helping, and the support staff are not replying. Please help if anyone here has the same problem.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this casino. For several days now, I have received no response at all from the live chat support, despite repeated attempts to contact them regarding urgent account issues.

My withdrawal has been pending without any progress or explanation, and on top of that, one of my deposits was never credited to my account. This has left me in a very frustrating situation, with no clarity or assistance from customer service.

I have followed all required procedures and provided the necessary information, but there has been no meaningful communication or resolution.

Due to the lack of support and unresolved financial issues, I have now escalated the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

At this point, I cannot recommend this platform based on my experience.

Worst casino i have even played at. -10k and no bonus or base game pays anything. All goes to 0x. You buy a bonus and get 10x spin in bonus? 10x. Go to support and they say you just have a bad luck. Bad luck? -10k and no hits at all since when it's bad luck and not a scam?
