Very much a gimmick
Very much a gimmick. Very disappointed with the product. The v6pro mouthpiece doesnt even fully match the image on the box. It gets nowhere near cleaning your teeth properly, doesn’t even reach the top of your front teeth. Absolutely useless.

Great for sensory issues
As someone with AuDHD (autism & ADHD) I’ve always struggled brushing my teeth because of the sensory overload. The sonic brush has made it so much easier to brush them, it’s much more comfortable for me and it only takes 30 secs to brush your teeth. Definitely recommend if you suffer from sensory issues.

The charger broke within 3 months
The charger broke within 3 months, definitely within warranty period. I requested a replacement and they assured me they were sending one out. Have not received one after a month and no response to my follow up email.

We do have a 2-year warranty on the Sonic Brush, and apologize for the shipping delay on your replacement that was sent. Our support team is looking into it and we have reached out to help get that sorted for you.
Just a helpful tip, based on the photo you sent to our team, it is also important to note that you should not leave your unit on the charger between charges. Once the brush is fully charged, put the charging base in a drawer or somewhere away from water and moisture to ensure it stays dry. Leaving it on the charger continuously can also deplete the battery (similar to a cell phone). Taking these steps should help prevent issues with the charger or battery life going forward.

Best brush I’ve used!
I’ve been using my sonic brush for almost 2 years. I love it! My dentist says it’s been better on my gums. He’s also recommended it to others. I would recommend the brush. My daughters are even using it now.

Last and final review. Its not too bad, but nothing is 5 of 5. Everything needs improvement. Not bad sonic. Just need it to work with certain toothpaste. The tongue scraper is really weird. Other than that I have nothing.

A wonderful alternative way to brush teeth with less effort.
A 2 sided 360 degree brush, along with foam toothpaste is definitely a new and different way to brush teeth. Then, when adding 3 different vibration frequencies along with a blue LED light to aid in tooth whitening, is a very innovative and revolutionary way to do teeth maintenance, with a lot less hassle than normal brushing.

I do love the fact that all my teeth…
I do love the fact that all my teeth are being brushed at once. The 30 seconds is great for busy mornings. I am not in love with the silicone brushes, I don't feel they are doing as good of a job as bristle brush does. I went to my dentist yesterday and the hygienist noted a slight more plaque then last time.
