I waited nearly 3 years for pre orders that originally were supposed to be shipped before Christmas 2021, I was constantly assured they would have them in stock in a few months. It was only this Christmas gone that I was reminded about them - I had no idea they were going under and now I can’t even get my money back because they are unreachable. £150 gone just like that because they didn’t have the decency and respect for their customers to be transparent about the situation.

This sham of a company has taught me a valuable / expensive lesson: DO NOT PREORDER FUNKO POPS.

These guys took my deposits (because I wasn’t silly enough to pay fully until the items were in stock) but, they then emailed me to say everything was in stock, take my money and then send me an “ooops that email was an error, nothing is in stock” right before they went out of business.

Basically they knew they were going under and stole as much money from people as they could.

If you have been in the same situation, contact Laura Tambling at Portsmouth County Council. There have been lots of complaints already and these scammers need to be held to account, no matter what company name they try to hide behind!

Incredibly disappointed to find that Sonner Toys has gone bust, they at least could have informed customers . I'm out about £70, nothing compared to other customers that are out hundreds of pounds. Lesson learned, I will keep to my credible companies

Pre-ordered Sylveon Funko pop in march 2022 and still haven’t heard anything. Emailed the company to get my money returned and have been ignored!! Avoid this company at all costs, they are THIEVES!

Preorder in may 22 still nothing and can't get hold of them

I pre ordered £51 worth of funkos in July 2022 and have had no word of them. I have contacted the company trying to cancel and have never received a response. They are thieves. I cannot believe they are allowed to get away with this. There's no way to get my money back now. I wish i had looked at their reviews first. These are shocking. Shame on you Sonner Toys.

Made order March 2022. Never received the preordered pop. The company messaged me to say I’d receive it in December 2022. This never happened, they have gone into liquidation, and took everyone’s money, disgraceful and awful that Lloyds Bank don’t want to help either.

Please don’t buy of this company. They still owe me either an action figure or £30 . I’ve tried every means of communication but have had no reply. Go to any other company.

I pre-ordered 2 pop vinyl's and now only to be fobbed off for months as i ordered these last year to be told i would receive in October and then again in December and now it appears they are not trading and they have £40 worth of orders for me and I will not get my items, they told me for months that i would receive these and no one seems to want to help. I have been conned and done over and its awful as this was for presents

So disappointed. Had no clue they'd closed and stopped trading. I have open orders which are way past the time to claim back on my cards! Sickening you've taken people's cash and literally stuck 2 fingers up to customers that were loyal! I'm lucky I've not lost as much money as others, but it's still stings!

Preordered some pop figures back last May, cancelled them since I never received them and found them elsewhere and they never gave me my refund. I literally sent tens of emails and daily messages that they never replied to. Do not preorder and if you are ordering do so without the safety net of a refund

Ordered a pre order for January release and still waiting....that's not the issue though ....I contacted customer support twice and 4 weeks later had no reply still......customer service is non existent.

Pre ordered funko pops in July 2022, still haven't had items, chased multiple times for a refund with no response. AVOID at all costs.

2 years I’ve been waiting for my “pre order” and when you try to contact them no reply. Before the company changed hands they were better. This new company is rubbish. Don’t waste your money here

Do not buy from here , goods never arrived and funds never arrived in my account

Taken my money but no items been waiting for over 2 years

I mean I don't really know what to say. I have an item from mid 2021 that hasn't arrived and another item from early 2022 that's hasn't arrived.

Yet they have the audacity to take peoples money without fulfilling their promise. Also they had a policy that stated that if you want to cancel your item they will take 15% off and keep it themselves (something like that) yet when I've been waiting 2 years and sent emails (that are getting ignored) they can't seem to refund me.

Luckily for me it's a smaller amount of money compared to a lot of people here and I really do feel for them

I don't know if this will ever get sorted out.

Like a lot of people in these comments I made a pre order (May 2022) This order never came into stock. No one reached out to update me. My email was ignored. No refund offered.

I believe this "company" to be a scam. The physical store is permanently closed but the website is still up and collecting money.

Sonner was such garbage, a bunch of scam artists that didn't fufill 85% of their orders and liquidated to escape any responsibility under UK law.

I spent $450 for pre-orders that were never delivered. Now I get to watch all these items and my order get listed on an auction site by liquidators sold to other people. Harry Strevens is a con-man and thief abusing broken british laws.
