Highly recommend. This was our second bed and will go on to purchase a third. Abu and Mobs were very helpful, considerate and friendly. They are a credit to the company. Effective communication and excellent customer service.

Our experience with Sonno has been nothing but excellent from start to finish! The headboard we ordered was too big and wouldn’t fit up the stairs and they arranged and re-delivered a split headboard in less than a week.

Quality is fantastic and delivery and assembly by Jacob H and Kam was quick, efficient and professional. Fantastic chaps who did an excellent job getting the bed into the bedroom.

My first delivery was disappointing — the third-party team was unprofessional and made mistakes during the assembly. However, Sonno Bed Ltd quickly stepped in and completely turned the situation around.

They sent Amber and Ray, who were truly professional, respectful, and efficient. They fixed the issues caused by the previous team and assembled my bed perfectly. The service was quick, smooth, and done with real care.

Would highly recommend Sonno beds. Great service. Delivery men were brilliant and assembled my new bed quickly. Due to mattress being too firm for me, I have used the 60 day free trial and I'm getting an alternative mattress delivered next week. Thank you Sonno.

Asad and zaheer Delivered our bed . They phoned before arriving to let us know they were just a few minuites away ... the guys were /are Amazing guys , very friendly and polite , and even though the bed and matteress were both
big and heavy they installed it in the bedroom .being very careful not to do any damage to any walls along the way.
Lovey cheerful chatty guys that went the extra mile to make sure every thing was ok and we were happy they are a credit to the sonno team , Thank you .

Jazzy and shaan delivered our mattress today and even took it upstairs when they didnt need to, very kind and generous lovley men, thankyou sonno for sending these 2 lovley guys

​I ordered a bed and mattress from Sonno with assembly, ensuring I measured my space and received their "assurance" it would fit. It didn't.
Despite following their guidelines, Sonno is now refusing a full refund and insisting on a £75 failed delivery fee.

​The Red Flags:
​- Non-existent Support: The phone number on their website is broken. You are forced into an email system that is incredibly slow.
​- Unfair Fees: They are penalizing me £75 for a delivery failure they claimed wouldn't happen.
​- Delayed Refunds: It has been over a week with no money returned.

​The process is restrictive, the communication is poor, and their "approval" on measurements means nothing. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

Jazzy and shaan came to deliver some beds and the service was great they respected my preference of them taking their shoes off, they assembled the beds and were very professional throughout I would highly recommend
