Customer service is trash. They might as well post “ALL SALES ARE FINAL.” You will not get your money back. I requested a refund the day it was delivered. Two months has passed and still no response.

Used the SculptWave maybe 3 times and it just didn't offer the relief I was looking for. E-mailed customer service and was given the two refund options (30% refund or full refund minus 7.5% restocking fee). I requested the full refund. Eight days later, no response. I e-mailed again asking for confirmation, and again, no response. I called the phone number (in Utah, USA) and was sent directly to voicemail. Two days later, still no reply.

I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company if there is any chance you'll want to return the item!! Terrible customer service, and clearly they are flat out lying about refunds.

I ordered on June 12th and have never received. I call the number listed on website and no one returns calls. I sent original email and got response saying they will look into and then nothing. I send follow ups and no response. I respond on most ads in my facebook feed that I have not received and no one responds to phone calls, emails or fb posts.

Do NOT buy. There is no customer service. After receiving this SculptWave, I realized I would not use it and contacted CS via web email, after a few days, I did get a reply with 2 options, 1) take a 30% refund 2) return with a % they keep for shipping/restocking. I responded with the 30% refund. Never got that refund and have emailed them at least 3x and left 3 voice messages (no one ever answers) and after 3 weeks, no refund, no response!

Not the soothing experience I was expecting. I tried to return it 2 weeks later. Sent several emails and left messages on the answering machine (no live person ever picks up). No response. I feel cheated.

My device never arrived. It shows that it's in transit now for almost a month. I wrote to them twice and got a response that said to check the link and it would be here in 4 to 6 business days. That was more than a week ago. Now their website isn't working. TERRIBLE!

Requested a refund after a few days. Got an initial reply but then unresponsive when it came to sending the return label. Phone number listed on the website goes immediately to voice mail. HORRIBLE!!! Customer service, shameful fraudulent behavior!!!!!

I ordered the SculptWave full body contouring device and it
was delivered on June 9th. Within minutes I knew I wanted
to return this product and they have a 30-day money back
guarantee. I sent customer service an email on June 9th
and they responded June 10th with my return options.
Option 1: instant 30% refund with no return required. Option
2: full refund with a 7.5% stocking fee AND return label
provided within 1-2 business days. As of June 26, I have yet
to receive the return label and have emailed customer
service 3 more times asking for the label. I want to return
the product and get my money back. They advertised a
guarantee AND the product is not worth $119. The heat
function doesn't work, the vibration barely works and the
handle is hard to grip when using.

So far I'm really enjoying the product. I guess we'll see in a month if that's still the case but right now I'm happy with it. So far so good.

My package arrived with some damage from the delivery driver so I reached out to their support team. It took a couple days to hear back which had me a little worried, but once they responded they were really helpful and sent out a replacement right away. The product itself is good and has helped me a lot on my very sore shoulder. It really feels great. I appreciate that they made it right even if the response time could be a little faster. Would still recommend them.

Fast shipping, great product. It really works great for me. The heat works, EMS feels nice, and it's easy to use. No complaints.

Great marketing, that's for sure. Tons of claims on how their product, when used appropriately and consistently will affect change. Clear guidelines for refunds. However, once a refund request has been made and acknowledged, there is zero engagement, no effort to honor the refund policy and no way to connect with them to ensure the refund is managed. Don't believe all you see, there is a real problem with this company and they're banking on no one noticing. Case in point - I found no reviews of this business on Trustpilot. Purchase with an eye to forever ownership 'cause it's unlikely you'll ever get your money back.
