Our order was delayed due to covid 19 but Rian made every effort to stay in contact during this time and to reassure us. Our shutters were fitted as soon as it was safe to do so with socially distancing fully laid out in advance and respected at all times, impressive! I have wanted shutters for a long time and am so pleased! We particularly appreciated Rian’s advice on the right style and colour to fit our home. The quality and finish is fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this fab local business.

So happy with our new shutters - we got them for the bay window in our living room. They are really impressive quality, well made, and the perfect fit. Everything I hoped for and a bit more. Rian was excellent throughout, from the initial consultation through to fitting - really helpful, very polite, not trying to sell the most expensive option. I got four quotes and Rian was by far the most professional and least salesman-y. Price was extremely competitive as well. I would 100% recommend Soul Shutters to all my friends and family and would definitely use them again myself.

Rian provided excellent customer service and knowledge and made the whole process of purchasing shutters, easy and enjoyable. Their product is fantastic and fitting was great too.

Rian gave so much time when he visited to measure up. He not only made sure he gave a long time to get measuring perfect but he also gave me lots of time so he could talk through options and how things would look. The shutters were fitted exactly on the day - organisation perfect. Again, at the end of fitting, Rian stayed to talk through each shutter and shoe me how to open , close etc. I highly recommend Soul Shutters to everyone looking for real help and support at every step.

Soul Shutters were brilliant! Rian was polite, professional, friendly and the finished job is great. He came to measure up and gave us excellent advice on the various shutter options. His quote was competitive and although the lead-in time was quite long, we found this with the other providers too. On the day of the installation, Rian arrived with John on time and they finished the installation quickly. They also cleaned up after themselves!
