They drop ship from China and most of the T shirts can actually be found on SHEIN for $7. I didn’t do my research beforehand and unfortunately ended up getting scammed. I ordered this shirt for my husband and the print quality is really poor, it looks very clearly AI generated and honestly nothing like what was advertised. I also got one for my self, it doesn’t look as bad but the size of the print is way smaller than what it was advertised. I’m so disappointed because I paid $50 freaking dollars when I could’ve gotten the same shirts on SHEIN for $14…..

The website Is nice! The only problem I encountered was this: I got a pop up asking for my email and in return I could get the shirt I was looking at for 50% off. When I tried clicking to agree it would not go through. The "I'll take my chances" option however went through, which was unfortunate.

A large variety of products and styles. The "washed" t-shirts run bigger and that's important to bigger guys. Products are fun and also great messages. Ordering is easy and straightforward. The website is easy to navigate. I've already pointed people to this site. Thanks!

Great sale to buy some gifts for family or friends

Love the shirt designs, however I would've given it 5 starts if there were more gender specific products instead of Unisex. Also, the kids sizes is not the common way of doing sizes in North America.

Customer service wanted photos of my complaint. After that, they made it right by resending me a new order.

The whole process was great. The product was better than expected. The t shirt quality you feel and see right out of the package. Feels great to wear. Customer service was great, they took care of me as a customer. Great products and great team!

Horrible customer service/quality

It's not normal and okay to get when you come for the first time to the website, a message saying that you'll get 50% discount if you give your email and phone number and then, when it's done, you get only a 10% and of course because there is a little discount going on (12%) you can't get those 10% added. Not very jesus spirit. IT'S JUST MISLEADING ADVERTISING.

Don’t buy from this company. For a Christian based company, they don’t act like it. They stole my money. Product was never attempted for delivery (I have camera proof) they won’t refund me and the customer service takes days on end to respond. WARNING THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

I ordered two shirts from Soultt. The shipping was fine, the purchase experience was fine. However, when the shirts came they ran EXTREMELY small. The shirts were only tried on and still had tags on them. I immediately reached out about a refund.

I was informed that a refund would cost me $40 in shipping to send back OR I could spend an additional $30 for larger sizes, on top of the $57.21 I had already spent.

I informed them it was unacceptable. They offered me the same "refund" with international shipping at my expense, or I could send them pictures of shirts and they would give me a partial refund of $30 still giving me a net loss of $27.21. They also now offer the shirts for $20 in addition to my original purchase price.

I remained firm that it was still an unacceptable solution. So they made the same "refund" option, or sold me the larger sizes for $25 (making it a worse offer than before). I countered by telling them an acceptable offer would be either to send me the larger shirts as an exchange at no additional cost, or to give me a partial refund for everything except my original shipping cost (the original shipping cost on the receipt was $8.99).

At this point, they stopped responding to my emails. I have sent several follow-ups. Previously, they were prompt and responded to emails quickly, but I haven't heard back from them for roughly 18 hours now.

They do not make this This is scam behavior. Do not, under any circumstance, spend money with this company.

This company is a scam. Claimed to attempt delivery, which they did not, then directed me to contact delivery company that has no email or phone number and website is all in chinese. Then they offered to send one free replacement instead of just delivering the ghost package. Since they are overseas I don’t see how shipping a new package would make sense when original is apparently in my town. Also it would take weeks. I called their crap and filed a paypal case to get refunded

Love the hoodies I got!! I wear them every week! The inside is a soft as a t shirt and the oversized fit makes it soooo comfy during these cold months!! Also, I’m not going to lie the designs are all so cute it was hard to choose!!
