The quality of the product it's very good.

I worked with Eva on a project in my workspace. I was nervous about long lead-times but the team at Soundbox managed to supply phone booths quickly, amended orders and delivery to make things faster than originally planned and basically went out of their way to sort things. Nice to work with a supplier who treats you as a key account customer even if you're only buying one or two products! The quality of the products are great too.

Purchased a soundbooth and acoustic wall panels. The products are great quality and work well. The instillation was quick and professional. My only criticism was the slow response time to requests for quotes, and having to chase several times to see when the delivery was happening after the payment was made.

We got 2 Folio phone booths for our office and they were a great choice. The price was significantly better than other providers.
The booths are not 100% soundproof and muffled voices can be heard but in a busy office it's not an issue. We're happy with the lead time and installation.

They were really helpful with speedy replies and delivery was rather quick.

I had a great experience with soundbox store. I had a virtual meeting and then was invited to the showroom to look at the options. I found the 2 pods that were right for our business and made the order.

Throughout the order process I was kept updated and the team that delivered and fitted the pods were amazing. Extremley helpful, not rushed and went out of there way to make sure everything was good before they left.

Great booths. We ordered the Folio solo pods and the Quell 2-4 and 4-6. Comfortable and impressive booths. Made in china unfortunately but the UK team were helpful and installation service was great.

Ordered some PODs as a first time customer - kept up to date every step of the way, will defo use again - Very quick turn around.

The experience was nice, there was a plan and communication throughout the entire process and the fact that they assemble the product and deliver it on the same day is great!

From scoping out what type of pod we wanted, through placing the order, getting it installed and getting someone to come out and deal with a minor repair issue, we have been delighted with Soundbox Store.
