Great spare set
I'm so pleased that I ordered the Discovery set of hearing aids, I wanted to have a BTE set in case my phonak hearing aids went bad, and wouldn't you know it, one aid broke and boy was I so happy. I switch them every other week to keep fully charged. I also have the Mini, that was also good but not like the Discovery set, thanks

Knew these would be great!
Knew these would be great as soon as I put them in. Crisp, clear sound. Unfortunately, my ear canals small so they stick out a little more than I would like. I don't wear them out anywhere, but they are terrific when I'm watching TV or on the computer. Really glad I bought them!

Clarity at last!
Over six months I bought on line and tried four others in the same price range. Soundbright was the standout for clarity and ease of adjusment in both quiet and noisy surroundings.

They have worked as I wanted them from the box
They have worked as I wanted them from the day I first placed them in my ears. It took about 2 days to get comfortable with them. I have set them up using Bluetooth once and rechecked and found no change. I usually put them in by nine AM and take them out around midnight.

Excellent Hearing Aids!
Have had these hearing aids approximately 3 weeks.
Very comfortable and now I am able to hear clearly in church. TV hearing is great too. Happy that it is so easy to adjust volume on phone app. Reasonable price.
Planning to keep after the trial period.

Horizon hearing aids are great!
I tried the $97 dollar pair that had no bluetooth. They had a lot of whitenoise. I tried the Discovery pair. They were good, but I wanted better. The Horizon Pair is fantastic. Easy app to adjust to your environment. They fit great and have a very long battery life. I highly recommend the Horizon pair.

Hearing aids worked right out of the box and easy to maintain. Took a little getting used to because I've never had aids before. My only complaint is customer support as I had a few questions on buds to use and nobody got back to me. That's why the 4 instead of 5. Other than that they're pretty good.

My husband received his Discovery hearing aids on Monday, they are great! The problem we are having is, we can’t get in contact with customer service to ask any questions about the phone app.
It’s been three days and customer service does not answer our calls.

The Horizon hearing aids provided great sound as advertised. The downloaded app was extremely useful for adjusting the sound to the listening environment and for adjusting the sound level. I wear them most of the day, making sure to clean them before placing them in the charger for overnight charging. The only slight disappointment was that the Bluetooth was not compatible with my Roku TV, but I have my AirPods and headphones for that purpose.
