CHEAP but NOT CHEERFUL
The company comes across as cheap, and not just in their retail pricing. When I enquired about the minimum order to qualify for paid carriage I received an ill-mannered and snotty answer that there was no such thing as carriage-paid. In spite of this I tried them with an order of workshop chemicals and solvents. All of them, including very flammable stuff such as acetone and alcohol were supplied in the cheapest, flimsiest plastic bottles. Petroleum ether (refined petrol) came in a bottle that was so dented and bulged that it would not stand upright; it had clearly been dropped. I emailed the company to alert them to the dangers, without making a formal complaint or demanding a refund. I received a high-handed and arrogant reply full of lies from some clown called Paul who in any decent business would not be allowed anywhere near customers.
