Great customer service

I was looking for enamel roasting dishes that were the right size for my toaster oven and Sous Chef had a nice selection with the perfect dimensions.
Initially two of the items sent were not the ones I had ordered. However, I reached out to customer services and Lucy very speedily resolved this for me, sending out correct replacement items with next day delivery.
Overall very pleased with the service received.

Dishonesty and poor delivery

Whilst they offer a great selection of items,they show VAT free prices but refuse to honour them. They retain the money that does not need to be paid. Delivery charges are very high for a poor quality courier. My order was only dispatched after being chased. A bit of a con

A culinary Aladdins Cave !

Cooking is an act of love however humble or exquisite the offering. Have always been on the lookout for that special ingredient that can elevate my meals a little here and there .
The look on my loved ones faces make it worth it .
Only recently discovered Sous Chef and am I happy I did ! A fabulous company filled with the best quality oils ,vinegars ,spice ....the list is endless ,all lovingly sourced by Sous Chef for our pleasure.

The service is second to none ,staff so helpful with all enquiries and delivery is excellent.
Bravo and thank you Sous Chef long may you live !
Oh and as for the Donna Elvira chocolate....sheer heaven!

Broken glass replacement

One of the coupe glasses I ordered arrived broken. I reached out to customer service and received a reply within 5 minutes and a new glass was shipped with next day delivery! Amazing customer service, couldn’t recommend them enough

Awesome products and service

It's really hard to find a great service when sending friends and family gifts in the UK from here in NZ
I've used Sous Chef a few times now. Knowing that the gift will be good quality and will reliably arrive on time is so important.
Their responsiveness to queries is super quick and so helpful.

My produce is excellent and delivery…

My produce is excellent and delivery was quick. Although, the produce was well packed, one of my products had become slightly damaged in transit. I can’t fault the customer service. They immediately replaced the item and were very helpful. I will buy from them again.

Great products and top-notch customer service

This site has such an amazing selection of products, things from around the world that would be very difficult to find anywhere else. I always use them both for stocking up on gourmet food products and for sending high-end cookware gifts. And in the rare situation when something goes awry (like recently, when a *very* delicate wine glass sent as a gift arrived broken), their customer service is, well, amazing and unparalleled in my experience. I sent an email, got a response in under two minutes, and had the replacement glass sent overnight delivery, no problem, just like that. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful site!

Regularly use souschef, always a great selection of ingredients. I recently ordered and unfortunately Evri lost my parcel. Within an a couple of hours of emailing souschef after talking with Evri they had reordered my original order with tracked DPD delivery as well to make sure it's delivered. Top service all around. Order is lost in the post - I'm supposed to 'suck it up'

I placed my order, which I got an email saying was dispatched. Delivery company almost simultaneously said they are expecting it. No change for several days. Contacted Souschef who responded 48 hours later, and was told delivery company want a further 48 hours to determine if it is lost. Surely if they can't say where it is it is 'lost'??

So after 96 hours delay they say they'll send out a replacement on overnight delivery. I'm sure in that time I could order with a major on-line retailer and get it delivered.

Why should the customer be expected to 'suck it up' because of their choice of incompetent delivery partner?

Total lack of customer focus - very disappointed they were recommended by a celebrity chef at a workshop. Have to question the ethics here.

What a lovely customer service

What a lovely customer service! I bought a set for Father's Day, and when it arrived, one of the products had leaked, and another had a ripped label. Contact customer service and in less than 5 minutes, had a response with a replacement product! I will definitely be back to buy more. It's even more comforting when you buy something and you know the team will be there to help you if something goes wrong! Can't thank them enough for making Father's Day so special!

Excellent service, even when things don’t go to plan, from a delivery point of view, so out of their control. DPD didn’t deliver, Sous Chef sorted, what’s not to like! I can’t fault this company! They also have amazing produce that you cannot get without a lot of internet pain! Thank you!

Premium ingredients and utensils selected off an easy to use website. Immediate dispatch (I received my box the next day by DPD). Very well packaged. The people behind the company inspire confidence and have an ethical attitude.
That was my first purchase and definitely won't be the last.
