I received a text from South Cliff as they were accepting NHS patients. As I had a tooth ache I went along . I was told I needed a hygienist so I paid and had that . I also paid for an initial examination and was told I needed to let a dentist look at a later date . As the tooth ache was getting worse I asked to see a dentist when I attended for the hygienist. I again went in to what I thought was a dentist and paid again ! To be told I need to see a dentist but one wouldn’t be available for 3 to 4 months !!! Hence I will not use your services again . You use what you call therapists and seem to use your patients as cash cows !

Visited south cliff dental in Gosport today and service was amazing, on time with the appointment and over all a great dentist. Would recommend.

All staff members are highly cooperative, friendly, supportive to the patient needs. I strongly recommend this setup for the dental patients....

I had an good experience happy with treatment

Absolute trash, they enable and participate in targeted harassment. Accuse patients of not being in pain, which is insanity. The branch in whitehawk had a complaints process and the issue raised was resolved but the branch with dentist Drishys doesnt have a complaints process. Some of the dentists pretend to be dentist 'therapists' to waste patients time and have you attend an appointment but not get anything done, not even temporary measures. Staff will call you 'rude' without specifying the behaviour that warranted this label. They also breached my confidentiality and GDPR rights sharing my date of birth with unauthorised third parties.

Fatima you are amazing, fillings with no injection, never happened before! From an extremely nervous patient! Very gentle and very kind, thank you.
Also Helen, always cheerful, under a lot of pressure, she does an amazing job and manages a smile every time.

Would not even give one star,southcliff are shockingly bad on every level,from never picking up the phone,to multiple canceled appointments,dirty premises,rude and bad customer service.Part time if any dentists at their practices,just dental technicians who cannot carry out anything other than the very basic dental work.AVOID ,SOUTHCLIFF DENTAL GROUP ARE THE WORST.Go anywhere but here if you want dental care.How are these people not being shut down or done for their fake positive reviews on various sites is beyond belief.several five star reviews all on a single day,follow negative ones on various days,this seems to be a recurring pattern on southcliff review sites,neg reviews say dirty premises bad receptionists,then hey presto positive cluster say clean premises and helpful receptionists,so suspicious,yet they seem to be getting away with it.

Had 6 m checkup 19/06/26 lasted all of 4mins only to be told you need to see our female special dentist for x rays brace fitting adjustment and hygenist had app today 25/06/26 sat in chair guess what the male dentist asked what my emergency app was for he could not find any details of my app at all asked me then what i was therefore ?? he said if you not have any issues you may leave i left in disgust he did not have a clue also on arrival both disabled parking spaces taken none displaying a blue badge complained to reception they were not interested this practice was abismal when it was at handcross and has since become worse also to ad insult to injury on way to app for 9.20 there reecption rang me at 9.10 asking me had i forgot my appointment today what an absoluteshambles of a dentist it needs to be shut down

I recently went to Southcliff Dental Clinic,Bewbush which was best decision.I had a great experience from the reception team to Dentist.I will highly recommend.

I have not been to a dentist for 14 years but I had little choice finding an N H S dentist was interesting. I registered with South cliff dental clinic Gosport, and was amazed that I only had a few days to wait till I saw the first of two dentist. I have now been for more treatment and saw Mr K Ahmed who was professional explaining everything before starting treatment and giving much needed advice .

Been a patient here years at Hyde gardens. Always seen urgent when needed. Great friendly staff, they are strict on wasted NHS appointments however I understand as I feel lucky to be seen as NHS. My dentist always listens and is patient as I'm nervous

Is the Mayfield Branch still running?

Ive sent multiple emails, called with no answer, left voicemails, i need to change my appointment. Im going to have to drive half hour just to pop in and do it! It's absolutely ridiculous!

(even though every app ive ever had they usually call me a couple days before to move).

I can’t recommend South Cliff Dental Practice highly enough, from the moment I walked in I was made to feel completely at ease throughout the whole time I was there, and this has been the same for every appointment I have attended. My dentist Ali is truly outstanding at what he does, and always in such a professional and caring manner, so much so that I never feel anxious about a trip to the dentist, for whatever treatment I need. Everything is always explained thoroughly and any questions I have are answered in full which gives me total confidence of being in safe hands. An exceptional service, always.
