Lovely experience for our family appointment today in hamble. reception was great.. examination went smoothly and kept informed on what was happening.
Felt very at ease.

Truly the worst dentist practice, the dentists are untrained and unprofessional. The CEO should be charged for the way he treats patients.

Do not attend this surgery. You will regret it.

Just to add they clearly pay for all the fake positives reviews. Look at the consistency of the bad reviews and how they all say the same thing. This company is fraudulent avoid!

rubbish i have been thrown under the bus because of a issue with the computer system not sending reminders as i had not received an email or text leading up to the missed appointment. i have serval sleep issues which i can sleep for up to 18 to 20 hours also have issues with my spine and both hips and when i had my last appointment i didn't even see a dentist and was told to make another appointment disgusting service to you customer's with health issues they don't care and no sympathy advise people to change before they get thrown under the bus like me

The receptionists were very pleasant and I can not speak more highly of the dentist Jubran .. unfortunately I have a fear of dentistry but Jubran was very sympathetic made me feel relaxed, explained the procedure in detail answered all my questions snd was very obliging and didn’t rush and more importantly executed the extraction causing no discomfort or pain .. I sincerely hope he remains a dentist at south cliff.. thank you so much

We are now a year on from leaving the surgery and my 11 year old has had long lasting implications from a lack of treatment and referrals. They had always told me his teeth were great and our new dentist spotted issues straight away that they had either ignored or missed. This is now resulting in him losing 2 adult teeth

My first hygienist appointment lasted 5 minutes and again new dentist could not tell I’d been to see a hygienist a few months before.

They constantly tried to upsell to me and my partner but my children have ongoing issues which were not treated promptly.

Excellent service , the dentist Ashila Vanghese and staff were both thorough and gentle I would highly recommend the Gosport practice

I had been going to the same experienced dental hygienist at the location in Battle Road in Hastings. Then it was sold to this dental group, she left and they've had a revolving door of young, relatively inexperienced hygienists who despatch you as fast as they can.
There are obviously not enough clerical staff as you hang on the phone for ages and call backs, if you ask for them, take a long time.
I don't blame any of this on either the admin or dental staff. It is all about the bottom line with a large dental group who cares about their profits and not their employees or their patients.

Southcliff marlborough is the worst dentist i have ever been to, everytime i go for a check up the say im ok for another 6 months but my teeth are falling out and they keep passing any work by and they constantly cancel appointments because they only have one dentist in on a Tuesday they allways have an excuse , the receptionist is very rude and argumentative they tell you they will call you back but that never happens! Why are they still trading!

I haven’t been able to find an NHS dentist for 2 years, following my move to Pevensey, then I came across South Cliff Dentists in Eastbourne. Very pleasant dentist, put me at my ease and then saw Poona, the hygienist on 4th May. Lovely lady, very professional and my teeth feel amazing. Would highly recommmend her.

Southcliff Dental practice in Whitehalk Brighton, is one of the worse dental practice, they cancel your appointment with a text, you phone them to try and rebook nobody answers the phone, you leave a voice male, and no one gets back to you, I had more cancelled appointments than actual appointments, I won’t be using them again.

I have recently received superlative dental care from Westbury Downs Dental Care, part of Southcliff Dental Group.
I presented with a complicated facial pain condition that could have been dental or ENT in origin. A young dentist named Morad made the fullest effort to understand, diagnose and provide for my needs.
I recommend him without reservation.

Amazing service and proper advice given by dentist

I had an appointment with Helen, the hygienist at Southcliffe Dental Practice, Hamble-Le-Rice, Southampton and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so gentle and made the whole experience really comfortable. My teeth have never looked so white, I was genuinely amazed with the result! You can tell she takes real pride in her work. I highly recommend Helen if you’re feeling even slightly nervous about seeing a hygienist. I have no doubt she was obviously top of her class at dental school.

I had a really positive experience at this dental clinic in Eastleigh. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were welcoming and efficient, which made the whole visit feel smooth and stress-free.
The dentist was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the treatment. I especially appreciated how they checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-organised, which gave me confidence in the level of care.

On 14th April I had my six-monthly appointment to see my dentist Roger Mayal at Hastings Station Plaza, and one week before, on 7th April I received an email from Station Plaza Dental confirming the appointment and telling me that they were looking forward to seeing me.
My wife had left the surgery last year and registered elsewhere because she had had a filling which fell out the next day and it took over an month, over 50 telephone calls and emails (they never answer), and the threat of legal action to get South Cliff Dental Group to refund our £180.
On arrival at the practice, I was surprised to find the doors locked and looking through the window, everything in darkness. I was shocked when the security guard downstairs told me that they had closed, and he gave me the number and address of their practice in St Leonards. I called 6 times with no answer and decided to go there where they told me that the practice at Station Plaza had permanently closed and my appointment was no longer valid. If I wanted to be seen I would have to register as a new patient and make a new appointment.
I explained that I had an appointment, was not given any information of the closure, and had even received an email reminder of my appointment a week earlier. I told them that my whole morning had been wasted but was given no apology. Needless to say, I will not be re-registering with South Cliff Dental Group. We had been patients at Station Plaza since 2011 but it was terrible in the end, each time we went it was a different dentist and the service was lousy.
