Do not touch them , their customer service is terrible ,they mis sold a 4 year contract with machines not fit for integrated use on my tills after being told it was, tried cancelling the contract 10 days in which is within the legal cooling off period , but the rep was unreachable and got told by south coast payments it had to go through him. Two weeks later I finally get a phone call back . All avenues to fix the error was made before attempting to hand in my notice. A year later the issue still has not been resolved and I am still recieving charges for card machines they are in possesion of .

Eleanor came to review my rates and ended up replacing our whole till system to clover and it's been great. The rates are so much better than barlcays.
She is very professional and I'm extremely satisfied with the whole service.

I signed up with South Coast Payments Oct last year. Eleanor was the rep that came to see me. Not only did she save me money but she sorted all of my PCI compliance and went out of her way to come back and install my machine. I couldnt be happier with the service

Well, what can I say other than FAB U LOUS service from Daniel for our little salon, he was attentive, considerate of our circumstances and very informative…He could’ve used a little blow dry whilst he was with us, but that’s neither here nor there. Terrible brief experience with this company.

Had a delightful experience with an employee who was talking on his phone while driving, then tried to force me off the road and slammed his brakes on on a roundabout to cause an accident.
I actually run a bonsai business and am looking for changing my payment platform and this is one ruled out with one simple encounter. I've also reported this to the police and forwarded dash cam footage.

We’ve had great service from south coast, saved money and always have our funds in the bank on the next working day !

Massive thanks to South Coast Payments for saving me a fortune and providing me with a much faster and easier to use terminal which is backed up by a 4G sim card. Especially to Daniel who took care of everything from start to finish, including the installation of my new terminal and cancelling down my previous provider.
