We've just had another excellent experience with South Coast Home Improvements Ltd. This latest job involved replacing a door they had originally fitted, adapting it to provide much better access into and out of our utility room to meet changing disability needs.

Shane carried out the work professionally and confidently, working around intermittent bad weather without any issues. He arrived earlier than planned, which suited us perfectly, and was patient, considerate and respectful of our home throughout. The installation was completed with no mess whatsoever, and great care was taken to ensure there was no damage to existing floors, walls or furniture.

The new door blends seamlessly with our recently completed room project and looks as though it has always been part of the design. Before leaving, Shane thoroughly checked that everything was operating correctly and reassured us that he would be happy to return and make any adjustments if required.

This is now our third or fourth project with South Coast Home Improvements, and the quality of workmanship, reliability and customer service have always been first class. We would have no hesitation in recommending them for windows, doors, guttering, fascias, soffits, home improvements and accessibility adaptations.

A trustworthy company that takes pride in its work, delivers excellent results and genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jack, Harvey and JP did a fantastic job of fitting our windows, doors, soffits and fascias. They’re lovely polite guys. They worked quickly and took great care to clean up when the job was complete.

We have used them before, that occasion was good. This time my elderly mothers conservatory had a leak. First chap said they would get back. Second lady said they only come out to their own ones .. so wouldn't help. Anyway a local trade person has done the work. It was a roof panel that had slipped.
The conservatory was a nuglass one who went bust a good few years ago.
Sadly I wouldn't recommend now or use again.
They could make quite a lot of money repairing new glass ones.

I had the conservatory panels replaced, as well as some indoor windows, and am very happy with the result. Trvor Back helped make it affordable and possible, and was very professional, kind and helpful. Adrian and Taylor did the work swiftly , tidily, and were very pleasant. I am extremely pleased with the work.

These two guys Deano and Luke, did a terrific job on my new conservatory, they are skilled and totally committed to producing a good quality job, I would be pleased to recommend them to anyone

My wife and I would like to thank you for the excellent job you have done for us. The Conservatory is absolutely great and it allows us to make more use of our raised patio and we are well pleased with it.

would highly recommend, from quote to measuring up to fitting all was done with people turning up on time, to listening what i required. John the fitter was brilliant, so happy and helpful, and clearing up everything afterwards

I was very impressed with South Coast Improvements, especially Trevor Back who oversaw the project. He was a good listener, explained each step of the process both verbally and in writing. He visited the site regularly and provided ongoing,
clear updates. He was approachable and trustworthy. The quality of the work was to a high standard, snagging issues solved easily and the price was competitive. Highly recommended.

From initial quote to install my experience with SCHI has been brilliant.
John has been in my home installing for the last couple of days and he’s been incredibly good in making the install look so good and the finishing touches he has done have been above and beyond - definitely the difference between a trusted local company like SCHI and the big names. From entering the showroom to receiving a quote to install date it’s been great. Turn around has been much quicker than we expected too. Adrian and Taylor were our fitters and they have done a great job. Always on time, always left it clean and tidy and were very friendly but also got on with the job. Thanks for an easy plan and install. Will use again for future work.

Although installation of a new composite door was expected before Christmas it was not a problem for us that it was not fitted until first week of Jan. The door was exactly as we had ordered and the fitting was done professionally. Fitter also gave us good advice on maintenance and I today received their online maintenance booklet. Really happy with final product and service we received from ordering, surveying and fitting.

form the initial meeting at the premises to 3 weeks ordering and then just 5 days after that the fitting which took 3 days, the fitters were helpful and looked after the office why I was not there

We were very impressed with south coast home improvments, new consevatory doors and windows.
Anthony the project manager was always available to speak to us and was happy to answer any questions.
The fitters were very professional and knew what they were doing also very clean and tidy.
We would definitely recommend this company.
