From ordering to delivery the whole experience was spot on. I was hesitant in ordering without seeing the bed first but the bed quality is amazing. I went for the roma ottoman bed in the coniston emerald fabric. The bed is really well made and the fabric looks even nicer in person and once the bed was setup it transformed my bedroom.
Communication was spot on, I had to change the delivery date and they accomodated for that. No chasing around with my order it came on the day requested. Would definetley recommend SOVO to family and friends. 10/10 for me!

Ordered a bed from SOVO after coming across them online. Was a bit unsure as I hadn’t heard of them but I’m really happy I went ahead. I Received my bed yesterday. Went for The titan bed with full assembly. This company did not leave me dissapointed. The bed is of excellent quality and build. Big shout out to Graham and Adam who called me on the day and delivered. They are a credit to the company. Thank you!

Solid bed and great quality. Customer service was amazing. Had an issue with the courier but the seller stepped in to quickly resolve the issue. They didn’t need to do that but it’s rare that small companies will step in once they’ve shipped a product out. I appreciate the service guys and have recommended to my friends and family; I’m sure you are going to make quite a lot of sales from them soon.
