We were greeted by Simon on arrival who was extremely helpful as we wanted to view a vehicle that hadn't been prepared yet, but we had been told about by Spa Motors in Brecon. He brought the vehicle out to us and aloud us to look round it at our leisure.
Simon couldn't be more helpful and went above and beyond to help us out as we also decided to have a Canopy made and fitted by Rhayader 4x4.
We were kept informed at all stages of the purchase and we would highly recommend Spa Motors. Thank you for your excellent Customer Service.

Husband and Son, recently visited Spa Motors Hereford and met Simon. They were very impressed with the service, nothing was too much trouble, not overly pushy, which we don't like. The modifications we requested were done promptly and Simon kept us informed of progress throughout. When we collected the vehicle once again, very professional and took time to explain everything to us.

Great purchase experience with Spa Motors from start to finish. Saw a vehicle on-line and arranged to go for a test-drive at the Llandrindod Wells site.
Special mention must go to Rob Doherty, the Sales Executive, who assisted us throughout. Polite, courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle, Rob couldn't have done more. No high-pressure sales' techniques, just a patient, welcoming attitude. The car being purchased - for a relative - was an automatic, while I am more used to manuals. Rob offered advice throughout on how best to drive the vehicle.
Because the vehicle being purchased was a desirable one, no discount could be offered on the price. However, to help 'sweeten the deal', Rob helpfully arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to us at no extra cost (around a 45-minute drive). 'Going the extra mile' for customers in this way helps set apart Spa Motors from the competition. More than happy to recommend.
