We have maintained a trading account with Spandex for over nine years. It has come to our attention that we have been systematically overcharged relative to other trading accounts throughout this period. Upon raising this discrepancy, we were informed that historical overcharges would not be rectified. This is wholly unacceptable. Be warned if you maintain a business relationship with Spandex, you must explicitly demand price clarification and insist upon written confirmation of agreed rates, or you will be subjected to the same exploitative practices.

This company would be more professional if the management weren't tooting and offering it to staff at Christmas.

as an ex employee managers are a joke they don't know how to run a small warehouse the Supervisors do nothing all day . backbiting is encourage by managers and Supervisors they leave you with no work until the last fue hours of the day then sudden you stuck with loads to do during the last fue hours

Staff treat customers orders with disrespect and throw them in to cages to be shipped

they dont care about staff mental health & wellbeing

Les produits sont bon, les tarifs un peu élevés, livraison rapide. Le service comptabilité et une catastrophe, pas professionnel et de mauvaise foi, la direction et injoinable évidemment... donc il faut s'armer de sang froid et faire appel à un service juridique en cas de désaccord.
