Honestly I made probably a couple of arrangements to discuss the services. I felt they were extremely forgetful and honestly when you request a consultation they just after a phone call just brush you under the carpet. Slow incompetent service and a “don’t care attitude “ . The advertising is very superficial and it now barely convinces anyone. I can comment as a lead and you are just extremely incompetent and a massive embarrassment to me.

Applying for a Spanish Visa was a minefield; which documents need translating, which need to be legalised, who will do these different jobs, how much will they each charge?
Having a ‘one-stop-shop’ for everything that’s required is a blessing; Ollie & Zak dealt with everything we needed, all we had to do is sign the various documents in the pack they sent.
The Visa appointment went really smoothly because all was present & correct; Visas received in 8 weeks and now we’re off to a new life in Spain!
Using Spanish Visa Services to take care of the process was money well spent - highly recommended!

The service was fantastic from our first interaction through to getting visa. Communication was great through out. We had a small issue where BLS wanted another declaration. Where to start….
After trying to put the Visa application together myself, I contacted these guys to help guide me. Which is when I realised I’d bitten off more than I could chew. I handed the application over to them, and they were brilliant. They really know their stuff! So organised, that when I got my interview at the consulate, I was done in about 4 minutes compared to all the other applicants taking 15 minutes or longer.
I received my Visa in 20 days!

Applying for the Spanish non lucrative visa was very involved but Zac handled everything on my behalf including making the visa appointment. He kept in touch during the process and answered all my questions. I received my visa 9 weeks later
