On 7/8/21 I placed an order for 1-24 row brown rhinestone mesh, but received 2-12 row mesh instead. Which was too short for my use.I've been very pleased with Sparkles products before.Therefore returned the item for a refund.

I am disappointed with customer service to email question.
I am happy with my purchase, but still have not received answer to my question sent a few days ago. Some of the dots for the lampshades do not stick. I asked for advice on what to do to make them stick.

You can use a toothpick and apply a small amount of super glue to adhere the rhinestones back onto the lamp shades. Sometimes the rhinestones are loosened in transit.
