Have used Sparks twice now since deciding smoking real cigs after 50 years had to stop. I have only had my ecig for a few weeks and one of them has developed a horrible burning taste which has left it unable to use. My husband reckons the atomiser must have gone. I am now begging him for a borrow of his. Totally not the quality I would have expected.

But the customer service outshines all of it. I had a problem with the battery on a starter kit I bought. When I contacted the company Wayne didn't just send me the replacement part. He sent me a complete kit and a note of apology (hand written) which came the next morning. But wait, there's more! He also gave me his mobile number In case there was any further problems.
These folks are the doggies dangling parts. (If you don't know the expression, it's GOOD, VERY GOOD).....
