Απαράδεκτοι!
Απαράδεκτοι!
Μου έστειλαν τα παπούτσια κ ήταν μεγαλύτερο το νουμερο από δικό τους λαθος που το πρότειναν.
Τα έστειλα αμέσως για αλλαγή με το κούριερ τους κ έκτοτε αγνοούνται.
Πηρα τηλέφωνο κ μου είχαν ότι είναι στην αποθήκη κ αν βρεθούν ποτέ θα μιλήσουμε!
πλήρωσα 70€ κ θα χάσω τα χρήματα μου!
Η γυναίκα στο τηλέφωνο ήταν αγενέστατη δεν μου εδινε κανένα τηλέφωνο ούτε κάποιον υπεύθυνο έλεγε μόνο ότι δεν μιλάνε στο κοινό !
Δεν έλεγε ποια είναι μόνο ότι αν βρεθούν ποτέ θα επικοινωνήσουν!
Δεν είχα βάλει λέει φόρμα επιστροφής που δεν υπήρχε μέσα ούτε απόδειξη!
Γι αυτό θα χάσω τα λεφτά μου!
Της έδινα τον αριθμό αποστολής του κούριερ να τα βρει κ έλεγε δε με νοιαζειι!
Μακριά θα απευθυνθώ κ στο δικηγόρο καταναλωτή γιατί δεν πρέπει να περνούν τέτοιες συμπεριφορές!
Έκλεψαν τα χρηματα μου!
Ποτέ δεν μου έχει τύχει κάτι τέτοιο με καμία εταιρία !

I have bought 6 pairs of shoes so far during the last two years. It is one of the best internet sites I have bought from. Their prices are excellent and their delivery very quick. From my experiences, I highly recommend them.

You call this customer service?!
I placed an order with express delivery(20euro) for 2 pairs of Skechers shoes and the one pair came faulty. I went to ups and made the return and soon enough,after a few days they send me a new pair. The shoes had the same problem on the inside so i called the customer service department and mentioned the problem,they said they will make a note for the company in France in order to be more careful next time. unfortunately I had to return them again. After a few days i got a new pair with the same problem for the third time!!! I returned the shoes and asked for a refund, and called them explaining that this is unacceptable!! 3 times!! And i wanted the shoes that's why i didn't ask for a refund in the first place. In my surprise,they returned my money but not the 20euros for the express delivery!! Are they serious?? It was the least they could have done after all this trouble!! Great customer service,never again!!

Totally disappointed. I order on 14 April with expected delivery on 26 April. On 2 May they still could not find my parcel, which was in Greece. Each employee was telling me a different version.

Totally disappointed!
In January I purchased a coat and paid extra charges in order to receive it asap. The size I ordered was wrong so without loosing time I followed the return process and sent it back and getting the correct one. As the time was passing I didn’t have any update regarding the return (almost one month from the time of return) so I reached the customer service which informed me that they sold the size that was reserved for me and they would call to inform me (nobody knows when!). Totally disappointed because I was waiting a month for it and it never came!!!! Ironically the size I returned became available the day I called them.

Παρέλαβα σε μια εβδομάδα.
είχα δει κάποια αρνητικά μέσο skroutz και με ανησυχούσαν αλλά τελικά αξιόπιστο είναι το spartoo.gr το προτείνω και θα το ξανα τιμήσω.
Επίσης σε μια ερώτηση που είχα μου απάντησαν την ίδια μέρα.

Terrible delivery times
Unfortunately they are not able to deliver on time for Greece as the courier they work with has a terrible service. It takes a few days to arrive in Athens but the package remains here for 8 days and no signs of it. I am still waiting for a delivery. Terrible experience, I would not recommend it. If you need something expect for a delay and don't count on it - guys, we order clothes cause we wanna use them and most times it is for special occasions. If you don't deliver on time, don't mention specific dates or charge the delivery service you have. There are plenty of eshops that deliver on time, why prefer you?

As stated on our page, delivery via Geniki Taxidromiki is completed in 6 to 10 working days.
As your order was placed during a holiday period, the 20th of December was a holiday in Bulgaria where the warehouses of Geniki Taxidromiki are located, which took over the delivery of your package and as also the 26th of December was a holiday in Greece and the workload due to the holidays was very high, this resulted in the delay of your order which was delivered on 02-01-2023.

Ισως από τα πιο άρτια site.Εξαιρετικη εξυπηρέτηση, αμεσοι, ακριβείς με συνέπεια και συνέχεια. Η εμπειρία που προσφέρουν στον πελάτη είναι ολιστική .Ακομα και η επικοινωνία με το τηλεφωνικό τους κέντρο ήταν ιδεωδης, μίλησα με μία κυρία η οποία με ενημέρωσε στη λεπτομέρεια και με ευγένεια που σπάνια συναντάς , πέραν αυτού η παράδοση του προϊόντος που παρήγγειλα έγινε σε χρόνο εξαιρετικά σύντομο! Πρωτοφσνης ακέραια εξυπηρέτηση! Σιγουρα οι επικείμενες αγορές μου διαδικτυακά θα γίνονται στο εξής μόνο από αυτό το site!! οι συγκεκριμενοι έχουν πολλά να διδάξουν στους υπόλοιπους για ποιότητα υπηρεσιών και μέριμνα για τον πελάτη! Απαράδεκτο καταστημα η χειρότερη εμπειρία σε αγορά.
Απαράδεκτοι όλοι τους. Παρήγγειλα ένα σετ φορμες, μου ήρθε μόνο το κάτω μέρος κ μου ζητήθηκε να κάνω επιστροφή, από εκείνη την ώρα ξεκίνησε η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα σε ηλεκτρονική αγορά . Έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο να δω την εξέλιξη της επιστροφής κ με κορόιδευαν, δεν ξέρουν τι τους γίνεται. Όλο έλεγαν θα με ενημερώσουν άμεσα κ δεν γινόταν ποτέ, σκέτη κοροϊδία, δεν αξίζουν ούτε ένα ευρώ. Μετά από ενάμιση μήνα μου είπαν ότι αν μου την στείλουν μπορεί να έρθει πάλι μόνο το κάτω μέρος κ να το ξανακάνω επιστροφή. Οι άνθρωποι είναι μόνο για γέλια, μεγάλη ξεφτίλα, δεν το συστήνω σε κανένα. do not make the mistake and give ur mail, they will spam u badly for the next few years, u will get mails from spartoo.gr. if u block them u will get mail from spartoo.com. then spartoo.co.uk. then spartoo.de....
Only for the July my spam folder have 45 mails from Enzo de spartoo, adriana de spartoo, Emma de spartoo vented privess by spartoo, unfortunately I cannot upload a pic from my spam folder to see, if u block or unsubscribe all these u will get new mails from other spartoo addresses eg George by spartoo, Anna by spartoo Mary by spartoo Madona de spartoo Michael Jackson de spartoo etc they never stop,

Ασυνέπεια στην παράδοση και έλλειψη ενημέρωσης
Έχω παραγγείλει προϊόντα, που ενώ είναι διαθέσιμα, δεν μου εξηγεί κάποιος γιατί δεν έχουν παραδοθεί στην μεταφορική. Είμαι premium μέλος, και θα έπρεπε να παραλαμβάνω άμεσα. Προσπάθησαν να με πείσουν να ακυρώσω την παραγγελία, γιατί μου είπαν ότι δεν υπήρχε κανείς διαθέσιμος υπεύθυνος για να μου απαντήσει... Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που υπάρχει πρόβλημα με την παράδοση και αναγκάζομαι να ακυρώσω την παραγγελία μου.
