Excellent customer service from Rabi Alam. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in our choice of spa pool and was able to answer a lot of our questions and was very helpful when visited the showroom a second times to check measurements and get correct information on specific details needed for the spa pool to installed at my house.

We have a Xenon spa on order in Christchurch which is arriving soon and we are looking forward to it massively! The service we got from Jake was incredible, super knowledgeable and very focussed on getting us into the right spa for us and not pushing us to buy the most expensive thing like we had at other places. Highly recommend these guys, absolutely stoked and can't wait for the spa to arrive!

This experience could not have been better from the time we first saw the pool at the expo in Hamilton to the delivery today. Patrick was so helpful when we were buying the spa and arrangements for delivery etc. The girls from the office kept us informed of everything in relation to what we needed to do and when our pool would be delivered. The best part of this experience was Jack from the time he arrived to the time he left was fantastic, his friendly nature and knowledge was first class and we could not recommend him highly enough. Thanks Spa World for such great service.

What a great experience. I did some desk research, but it was such a great experience helping us understand the different spa options and what would fit our needs best. The install procedure was awesome and we are loving the spa pool. Big thanks to Camille and the Team at Spa World.

We ordered our Jacuzzi spa in March for delivery in May. Hamish was really helpful in explaining the various models and options. Unfortunately COVID created some issues meaning our delivery was going to be delayed until November. Spa World gave us some options which included a colour change which we accepted meaning our delivery was back on for the end of May. The delivery team were great and had it installed in no time. Only downside was that we didn't really get a run through of all the features when it was full of water and powered up - the handbook can be a little hard to follow so a demo might have helped.

We purchased our spa in 2012 and it has had constant year round use from our large family. Patrick assured us we were getting a top quality product and after over 9 faultless years we totally agree. Outstanding!

Its almost a year now since we brought our Mercury spa so feel able to provide honest feedback. We visited the spa show in Hamilton 2020 and spoke with Jason who was very friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy which meant we had no problems signing up to purchase a spa with Patrick, an expert on all things to do with spa pools. When the day came to install the spa a very friendly chap (Jake from memory) could not have been more helpful and completed the job quickly and professionally. It's difficult to remember life before owning a spa and would highly recommend Spa World and their lovely team.

Right from the beginning Patrick from SPA World was great to work with to be able to get me my Hydrozone Swim Spa. A pool I had been wanting for a very long time.
A few months later was install day, Willie was awesome to deal with, very efficient and effective communication on the day made me feel at ease. Couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. We have had our swim spa for a few months now and my family and I love it, we use it for both leisure and extra swimming training. Ngaa mihi koorua.

Just wanted to touch base and let you know that I love the spa. All of the research and work we did upfront was well worth it. The colour of the shell and cabinetry blends in with the rest of the house. Also, Willie was great, friendly, accommodating and even followed up on a text message over the weekend after installing insulation on the inside of the spa.

We are so happy with our Neon spa, and the staff at Spa World were amazing. Staff were really helpful at helping us to pick the spa that would work best for us. Communication was outstanding, and the delivery process was perfect. It arrived on time and the installation and instructions provided was flawless.

We were recommended by a friend to go to SPAWORLD. It was 1st time experience of buying a SPA for us. Michael was very friendly and went thru the process. very simple and easy to understand. The logistics process was very pleasant experience as well. Rachel was so helpful right from the start to finish. She made sure we got the spa on the day we wanted. Kudos to Rachel for making it happen!!
One thing I was not happy was the installers rushed to make us understand the process about how to operate. My wife & my son were made to understand the process of cleaning and I was explained about the control panel. It was really rushed. They forgot to explain us on how to empty the spa. What time frame? What happens if we switch it off, etc? Small things but important.

Buying a spa for me is a little bit like buying a car- I know why I want it and what I want it to do but I have no idea what's “under the hood” - Patrick & Camille at Spa World Nelson had all the technical knowhow and took so much time explaining my choices (and they have plenty!)
Spa World is an international company with its head office in NZ so that's why I visited the store, but it's the quality brands and genuine people- I’ve never had so much fun buying anything! Could not recommend more highly! Can't wait until my Vortex is delivered!
