Many bugs and issues, I bought 1 mobth subscription, just 2 first days worked m, although with spme bugs, then an arror accured and the app was totaly out of of order . Dont be fool with the the low price, Its almost worthless.

Stay away from this app!!!!
Besides the app overall being really bad, it is extremely difficult to cancel the subscription!

There is no option to cancel the membership in the user account.
I only received a reply to my cancellation email after one month (!), asking me to click a link to cancel. Since that email ended up in my spam folder, I didn’t see it, and they charged me again for the next two months.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Never again!

I signed up for SpeakAI two weeks ago with high hopes, but I've been incredibly disappointed with their service. I decided it wasn't the right fit for my needs and sent an email to their support team requesting account cancellation. However, I never received a response. To make matters worse, I got an email today informing me that my 2-week free trial is about to expire. The lack of communication and customer support has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with my experience. I expected better service from a company like SpeakAI.

I used Speak Ai to translate interview material, which worked ok. The transcriptions were about 70-80% accurate, which worked for my project. However, when I uploaded the material there was no notification that I had to specify the language. The default setting is English and as I uploaded my material all at once (14 in total) all were set to English. Two of my interviews were in German, so these didn't turn out correct. I tried to contact customer service and the first answer I received was very fast but also somehow mysterious (it wasn't clear what they wanted me to do) - and as time was running (I was under a tight deadline) it was impossible to communicate with them. The answers I received were a mix of auto-generated sales pitches and a guy (?) who operated under two different names. Initially, they offered to transcribe the two interviews "in the backend", however, they never let me know how to share my material (since it was uploaded under my account I assumed they could go in there and do it - but no answer). Because of the tight deadline, I decided to upload the material again and also pay again. So I paid an extra $15. For me it's not about the money but the complete lack of customer service. They could easily have given me some store credit or some free minutes or at least show some understanding that it's not clear in the interface that I have to make explicit to the system which language it is (as of today most software can automatically detect language). Anyways, beside the horrible customer service the software in itself works on a good level.

When Speakai works, I love it. When searching text it finds the instance in the summary but when click GOTO it does not work. This is the case about 30% of the time. Used in all the common browsers, same problems. Expensive software when you can't rely on it when needed.

After a few weeks of usage, I've found myself more intuitive, trusting of my gut feelings, and making better micro decisions throughout the day. Speak has helped me understand my own mindset and thinking style better than I could ever have imagined.

SpeakAI is the product I always wanted. As a person who spends hours per day brainstorming out loud I never had the ability to make sense of all of my thoughts.
