Buona esperienza come sempre

Ho prenotato un ritiro per il 29 aprile, ma il corriere non si è mai presentato. Dopo vari solleciti, il servizio clienti mi ha risposto solo il 2 maggio promettendo un nuovo ritiro nel pomeriggio, che però non è avvenuto. Ho perso tempo inutilmente ad aspettare e nel pacco c’erano alimentari a rischio deterioramento. Servizio inaffidabile e comunicazione insufficiente

I am writing this feedback just after having received my 2000$ worth laptop from Italy (I am in Bulgaria). The pick up in Italy and delivery in Bulgaria having gone completely smoothly, and two days faster than expected. Because I absolutely couldn't afford losing or damaging this computer, I looked all around for a courier I could trust, including DHL, Fed-Ex, UPS, Europacco, Greenparceldelivery and others.

As the parcel was very pricy, I needed two things: that the parcel could be insured for the real value of the item, and that customer service would be easy to reach in case something went wrong.

After having scanned all these companies for their website, and prices, and reputation, Spediscimi was coming on top, on a par with DHL, and Fed-Ex, except, these bigger companies are very hard to contact, whereas Spediscimi was very very easy to contact, both on the phone and via email, and the customer service was really human. I was impressed.

Then, as the cherry on the cake, Spediscimi, understanding the importance of the item for me, basically decided to use DHL through them, and instead of paying 200+ euros if I had approached them directly, I ended up paying 78, with the item insured for the real purchase value. Again, I was really impressed by the personalised attention I had gotten, and felt the person I was dealing with was doing everything they could to care.

I have just received the parcel. It was picked up on Friday last week, and arrived today, on Wednesday. So five days. What else to say. Thanks so much Gianfranco of Spediscimi.li.

buongiorno, venerdi 30/08 24 ho fatto una richiesta per un pacchetto da spedire da Sesto F.no a Vico Equense pagando per l' urgenza €.11,55 doveva essere ritirato nella giornata del 2/settembre a oggi 5 settembre non e' stato ancora ritirato. Tutti i giorni l' operatore del BRT dice di essere passato e il pacco non e' pronto e' uno schifo ho 5 testimoni e tanto di telecamere perche' siamo un azienda. Ho fatto vari reclaMOI MA MI PARE STRANO CHE NON C'E' NESSUNO CHE RICHIAMI IL PADRONCINO DI BRT E GLI COMUNICA DI NON DIRE RACCONTARE CAVOLATE. ALTRIMENTI CAMBI LAVORO. TENGO A PRECISARE CHE LA SOCIETA' SPEDISCIMI SI E' MESSA SUBITO IN MOTO RISPONDENDOMI E RICONTATTANDOMI, IL PROBLEMA E' IL CORRIERE BRT BARTOLINI CONSIGLIO DA EVITARE SOCIETA' O SUOI PADRONCINI INCOMPETENTI .
