This is so terrible like so terrible cuz what do u mean I pay for an order more than like 20k naira and u tell me u called me and I didnt pick up while u never did why the hell is temu partnering with this scammers then I message u with the given number u tell me ur closed that’s so messed up so therefore I hate u and u guys shouldn’t even exist

A certain Trust Adam ( a delivery staff from Speedaf) was assigned to deliver a package. He would call, and whilst asking where to meet him, he would hang up the call. When called back, he would refuse to take the call. When called with a different contact, he would take the call, and whilst the call is ongoing, he would drop the call. This pushed me to reach the Speedaf office physically and told them to keep my package as they said it was out with the said Trust Adam. Upon return, the said Speedaf had returned my package back to the Supplier. I am extremely disappointed with their service.

Speedaf is a scam courier company, I have been waiting for my shein order for over a month and the status has been declared as "scanned for delivery" but I haven't received my package as yet.
The courier company is shit and have no proper means to contact the help service desk.

Very very Wrost experience please dont work with this guys we never received our package when we call the support no one is helping us on start the response and behaviour is too good but when you send the parcel to this guys then no response haram kha kar kaha jao ge akhrat ma pakar ho ge

I don't know why people are complaining about this company, but I give them 5stars because I never had a problem just like other shipping companies on Temu they all took the same time, so I think people are rushing their parcel and mine took 8days normal Thanks you Speedaf Express.

Zero customer service, I call and it rings then cuts off after 3minutes. I emailed all their contacts no response for days. My goods should have been returned but now it's stuck somewhere in their warehouse and I can't get my refund from Temu. How do we put these criminals to justice?

Speedaf Ghana is one of the worst delivery companies I have experienced. Their workers mark items as delivered even when they have not contacted the recipient to inform them of the item’s arrival.
Staff at the Asafo–Kumasi and Ayeduase–Kumasi offices even threatened to beat me when I questioned why my item was marked as delivered when I had not received it.
I also sent an email to the company regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. This level of service is very disappointing and unprofessional.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when trusting them with their purchases.

They have delayed my delivery three times and the riders are so rude and incompetent

I am still requesting for refund for my Naviforce wrist watch I ordered from Aliexpress but Speedaf delivered an Essential Oil to me instead of Naviforce wrist watch written on the parcel. This is to say that Speedaf doesn't guarantee safety of any parcel they are delivering to customers.

No rating at all, my package arrived in their sorting facility on the 8 Feb 2026.... My question is that why are they still keeping my package? I do not owe them. My package is still with them, is in my area. I don't even know where is their s facility. I tried to communicate with them via WhatsApp, tried calling, email nothing at all. I don't think this company exists.

I've received several deliveries from AliExpress to South Africa by Courier Guy without any issue. Now AliExpress has been using SpeedAF for recent deliveries and none of them made it. Those guys are so inept, they don't even know how telephone numbers work. Looks like they got my phone number with +27 XXX country code. Instead of using 0 XXX for a national call they are costantly trying to call XXX without leading 0. Declared me as "unreachable" and returned my parcels. Got in touch with their "help"desk several times, but to no avail. Can't order at AliExpress anymore as long as those guys are in business.

I've dealt with some bad couriers (and some outstanding ones like Takealot and Courier Guy), but Speedaf is the worst yet. My package arrived in the country 20 days ago. They seem to have lost it and are now pretending to have tried to contact me, but that I was uncontactable.
This is false because I can see on my phone logs that no attempt was made to call me. There was also no need to contact me in the first place, because my delivery address is easy to find on Google Maps and Waze.
I see from other reviews that this is their sneaky tactic.
Their WhatsApp chatbot seems to be broken and their service lines are unmanned.
The only exception is that their agent Musa has at least followed up with me several times on my "uncontactable" number and has been trying to locate the package internally. We shall see.
Update 2026/02/26: Muya Logistics WhatsApped me claiming they had delivered my parcel and asking me to confirm delivery. Of course they had not delivered the parcel. I phoned the number and the guy who answered said he'd follow up. Nothing heard by evening, of course.

Worst company ever..use them at your own risk. They handle goods so poorly. A lot of brackages. Its like they throw your goods around or jump on them even after indicating fragile. They dont care at all. You will raise complaints and they will do nothing about it. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THESE COMPANY TO ANYONE!! TRASH!!

Speedaf have held my packages for a week, they didn’t call me or deliver my packages to me and then they told the seller that I refused the package or they mark it as delivered.
Because of this, the seller can’t refund me and I don’t receive the packages

I wish I could give minus zero... By far THE WORST delivery service in Nigeria. A courier never called, rather I was the one calling to know where he is, later logged into the website and message reads "can't be reached by courier" For God's sake, what kind of total unprofessionalism is this??? I am so angry

Heartless and dangerous incompetence
Speedaf delayed a package containing medication for a dying person, sent a fake “out for delivery” message, then completely disappeared. No rider, no response, no accountability. And it's been 3 weeks! You send out delivery notification with a number that doesn't work. May you people perish.
This is not just bad service, it is reckless and inhumane. When a logistics company cannot be trusted with time-critical medication and cannot even be contacted, it should not be in business.
Avoid Speedaf at all costs.

Is it possible to rate them zero, they are the most useless logistics, liar, thieves, they will claim they call whereas they didn't, don't use them I had 3 different encounter with them, don't deal with them

SPEEDAF IS THE MOST USELESS AND WORST COURIER SERVICE IN THE WHOLE WORLD.

I bought some stuff from China and speedaf was the courier to Kampala- Uganda.
Shipment pays no customs duty but for more than three weeks, the local stuff can’t explain the delay and over time, they stopped picking my calls. It’s the second shipment in a year and the service has been the same.
I advise any one interested in a smooth service to avoid Speedaf especially to Uganda. The office is simply non- functional.
