It would be really good if they brought back their customer reward service. Especially for loyal customers like myself.

Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my order (7 days after placing - with £4.99 next day delivery charge). Initially, I was told there was a delay due to the DHL courier not picking up the parcel. Then messages saying collected; then delayed; then out for delivery; then delayed. Still waiting. Disappointing.

Delivery was great, hair is nice, it looks and feels great, however it does shed quite a lot which is disappointing.

Always get what I ordered and delivered on time. Not bad prices 👍🏽
