I incorrectly ordered rear pads for my honda cbf 1000, and I sent a quick email to SP Engineering. Dave Pelper helped me get the correct pads for my rear calliper, and instructed me on how to send back the wrong parts for refund. Overall a great experience.

I bought a Round Moto GP XLS Carbon Fibre Exhaust for my Speed Triple S 2017.
Shipment to Sweden was incredibly fast, only 4 days. The exhausts were excellent quality, fitted perfectly, and sounds absolutely magnificent. I normally budget new exhausts to appr £800, but in this case I got away with £330, which is unparalleled.

Just purchased a new de cat mt10 pipe from sp engineering and was despatched quickly over Christmas period well packed Quality scorpion product easy to fit and as described NEW and at Black Friday price !!!!! No complaints here 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The attitude of these guys is unbelievable and not in a good way. They love to blame the customer if anything goes wrong.
You get better customer care buying something from China.

The exhausts themselves are great, but the customer service has been a massive letdown. I bought a unit for my stock Honda, but the bracket included was defective with the hole drilled in the wrong spot.
After I sent through photos as requested, the response from management was essentially a list of excuses. They told me that because they’ve been selling these for 5 years and use automated programming to make 1,000 at a time, they 'couldn't see why' my model would be different.
There was zero effort to fix the mistake or even send a blank bracket for me to drill myself. I’ve ended up with a homemade-looking bracket on my bike that looks terrible. It’s a real shame that the owners, David and Stephen, treat repeat customers this way by just fobbing them off when a manufacturing error occurs and things are not of acceptable quality and not fit for purpose. There are plenty of other shops making quality exhausts that actually stand by their products. I definitely won't be back for my other bikes.

Incredibly fast shipping. I had issues fitting the item I ordered so contacted SP Engineering by phone. They were helpful and pointed me in the direction of the manufacturer of the part, advising if they couldn’t help to come back to them and they would help further. Excellent service.

Brilliant company to deal with. Got good advice on the phone. My exhaust came promptly and well parceled with no damage. It fit perfectly and sounds awesome. Will definitely shop here again

I had an issue fitting an spengineering exhaust to my bike. ( My own stupidity).
I emailed sales and they immediately replied and gave tech support. This was in a Sunday!!! You can't ask for better service than that. Ps new spengineering exhaust is awesome!

I asked for their knowledge/ advice on their slip on exhausts as i was unsure what i should be going for.. I admit my inquiry was a bit lengthy but I didn't expect a one line answer. They had absolutely no interest in helping out a potential customer. So much for biker helping biker.. I certainly wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if that's how they treat you.

Andy is The Man! Friendly, so helpful, really wants to help sort any issues out. More than willing to help with setting items up. Very quick delivery of parts!
He’ll be my go to guy first for all stuff for my bike. See, if you give customer support like this, people will keep on returning.

Bought a new battery charger.
Ordered online at 12pm on a Thursday was delivered before 10am the next day.
Excellently packaged.
Communication by email was excellent also.
Also bought new levers, grips and bar end mirrors in the past.

Recently bought a pair of titanium diabolus cans for my speed triple but from a later model. Checking their excellent website the cans are the same so a quick email to Dave and the adapters are in the post for a very reasonable price. Can't fault SP for their customer service even though it wasn't a big sale for them, will definitely use in the future👌

Communication from start to finish was amazing, I'm a bit of a fussy bugger when it comes to ordering things online but they were brilliant and very reassuring. Bought a 3-1 system for my 2008 Street Triple, it arrived within 2 days of placing the order, well packaged and above all a really well made product, fitted to the bike and WOW, looks and sounds absolutely out of this world, transformed how I feel about the bike. Can't fault this company at all, great to see a British company doing what we do best, producing bloody good products with excellent customer service.

Returned items £22 because it was not working with my bar end mirrors then I received a email saying it got damaged during the return. HOW IS THAT MY FAULT??? THEN OFFER ME £4 REFUND.

Needed an exhaust can for my Ninja 1000sx.
What I wanted was clearly advertised on their site making it easy to choose.
Shipping is fast and efficient, with tracking and convenient hour delivery time slot.
Any emails and questions are quickly responded to.
On arrival the item was neatly packaged.
Checking the exhaust ‘oh wow ‘ I certainly made the right decision. Very high quality and looks and sounds superb.
I was impressed, so more than happy to take the time to write this review.

I rang to enquire about a low level exhaust for my triumph Street triple, extremely helpful on phone so I ordered the part at 10 o'clock in the morning and received it the next day. Excellent quality at a reasonable price.

Great exhausts at affordable prices, with superb customer service. What more can you ask. Also nice to see a British company doing so well.

I ordered an exhaust on Sunday, and as promised, it turned up on Tuesday via UPS despite the current situation. The craftsmanship of the can and all extras is second to none, and I have no hesitations about recommending SP Engineering to my friends.
