Due the severely restricted and unpredictable days of COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine in Berlin, Spice Village are working hard to fulfill their customers online orders.
An order places on Saturday was packed on Sunday and sent out on Monday. Well packed, great quality products, fast and responsive service, all those “little things” are much more acute those days.

Great delivery. Its bit over priced though. the good thing about the shop is that they dony sell expired products as most Asian shops just sell expire products and renew the dates locally

I made an order on Sunday and received the order on Monday evening at the said time. It was packed very nicely. Excellent service and very fast delivery. I would recommend the Spice village.

I thought that they will send us bad quality of vegetable.
But my thoughts was wrong the service was great and they send us very fresh Vagetable.

It took almost 2 weeks for delivery 🙄 very bad service

I moved to Berlin from London last year and I’ve been disappointed that it’s incredibly difficult to find many spices here. I am very happy that Spice Village came to my rescue. I found almost everything I wanted here for a very reasonable price.

The beans I bought took about 2 - 3 hours to soft which seems abnormal in my sense. I complained but nothing do because according to the company they are only a retail shop so no responsibility to either resolve nor refund.

Quick delivery. Satisfied. One minor point. One item was missing from the order and they didnot inform that. Taking that as a small mistake.
Quality of the delivered items was very good.
I recommend the service.

A good selection of products - a lifeline for someone who lives out in the sticks and wants to cook something a bit different! Delivery was speedy and the items had been packaged securely. My only gripes were that it would be helpful to have more descriptions for items on the website, and some of the tins that arrived were dusty, as if they had been sitting in a warehouse for months. Most of them were also dented, so all in all, product presentation could have been a bit better for a great, 5-star impression. But despite these issues, I was happy with the service and would not hesitate to order again.

Delivery within 3days after order...Everything even fresh vegetables in good quality. I am very satisfied, will definately order here again.
