The order was asked to be delivered at address even with floor number (5th floor) mentioned. however it was updated in DHL site the items were delivered to neighbor with a name written. I called and checked with spicevillage but didnt get any useful information..
Finally had to go and search the whole apartment with the Name mentioned as neighbor. Finally i got the items from an apartment in 2nd floor and i am not sure how the person can be neighbor of me where in I live in 5th floor.
The day delivery happened I was at home for full day

The delivery was on time and products are all top quality and well packaged.

The package was delivered promply and on time. Only downsidewas that one of the packet inside was torn when i opened package. Hence the 3 star.

Send wrong item.

Very poor and bad quality of product. I have ordered maggi noodles and kissan jam and other basic groceries. It got delivered to me in almost 10 days and the box is full of red ants. Kissan jam bottel is broken. I have pictures as a proof and I can show it.

Not recommended at all.

I am happy with the quality and the shipping speed. but this time there was chilly powder in my order. The packet broken and the chilly powder spilled all over the box. it was little difficult to wash all the items in the box. It would be better if those packets be packed in some seperate cover.

For Indian spices, flour items, basmati rice and other Indian grocery needs it is a perfect one stop.

They delivered me a wrong product in my order. But I complained them and the issue got resolved really quick. Must say good service. To Err is human. I have no complaints.
