Very proactive
Although I've never used Spike, I was very pleased when they responded to my report of a scammer sending emails via their system, to colleagues on my domain, and blocked the rogue user. It makes a pleasant change when a company lives up to its claims about taking security seriously.

Why complicate your life?
For me, as a light email user, Spike is a mail app that's easy to use and navigate. I really like the 'Messenger'-like interface.
With other more standard / generic email apps, I have always tended to get bogged down trying to find the feature I want, and have had to navigate around the many features which I either don't want or don't understand. With Spike, for me, the experience is not at all stressful.

This app can be used in real time, is bonded to your email so you can have written record if needed later. You can enclose items attachments just like emails. With the help of Phone, and video calling. A better real time way to communicate. Business or personnel world.

They don't give you a refund!
I needed to pay to try all features out, but then I realised that Spike missed some critical features so I emailed them within 24 hours of my subscription asking to cancel my subscription. But they said they can't refund the money and I had to read their policy. So I warn everyone to watch out for Spikes money tricks!

Echanger par mails devient enfin plaisant
Enfin, un client mail qui sort de l'ordinaire austère de ce à quoi nous avons l'habitude.
Mes mails se transforment en échanges agréables, facilement organisés. Les apps que ce soit sur téléphone portable ou ordi fonctionnent très bien et sont parfaitement synchrones.
L'ergonomie est plaisante et l'abonnement raisonnable.
Cela mériterait sans doute 5 étoiles, mais hélas mon usage d'iCloud n'est pas idéal avec Spike. En effet, ce dernier ne régit pas les envois de mails iCloud (mais je les reçois en revanche très bien).
Le service client répond rapidement aux sollicitations, cependant selon eux, le problème vient d'Apple. Je vais donc patienter, toutefois je ne regrette pas mon choix.
Désormais, j'utilise Spike au quotidien et attend avec impatience de pouvoir le faire avec mes adresses mails iCloud.

No more struggling to find an email thread, move important information, get rid of unnecessary emails. Prioritise with ease. Once you have spike you’ll seriously wonder how you coped before. Love this .
