They do have playthrough requirements on the ones that double or triple the sc but mot when buying dollar for dollar takes a little longer get paid but I've cashed out few times and always get my redemption

Well i won 1000 and immgoing to redeem 700 i just tried to validate my phone number but im having issue with so I contacted customer support. So we'll see what happens there. Listen the first time we're gaming from here. I will Post an update.

THEY PAID ME :) ALL $647

Update 7/30/26: They approved my request and it was in my account immediately. It did take some time but I stayed consistent and they did honor their word. Customer service emailed me and I am super grateful.

I wanted to enjoy this platform because my first two redemptions ($100 and $240) were processed successfully within a couple of business days. Unfortunately, my experience changed significantly when I submitted a $500 redemption.

I submitted my redemption on July 14. I completed all required identity verification and provided every document requested. Due to a technical issue on the company’s end, I was instructed to resubmit my redemption, which I did immediately.

Since then, my redemption has remained pending. I have contacted customer support multiple times and continue to receive the same generic response stating that my redemption has been forwarded to the relevant department, that no further action is required on my part, and that they will be in touch shortly. Despite asking for a specific status update or estimated timeframe, I have not received any meaningful information.

I understand that larger redemptions may require additional review, and I have been fully cooperative throughout the process. My concern is not that verification exists—it’s the lack of communication and transparency after waiting well beyond the company’s published processing timeframe.

I hope my redemption is ultimately processed, and if it is, I will gladly update this review. Until then, I believe potential players should be aware that, in my experience, customer support has been unresponsive and unable to provide meaningful updates regarding pending redemptions.

Customer service never responds I can’t redeem my winnings

I bought a package and unable to even play the SC I received was able to play 5 dollars and it won't load any game just sticks with loading symbol this is definitely a scam site and customer support doesn't respond to sh*t

Huge red flag. I was about to make my first purchase, everything seemed ok... until there were cards and payment information showing that were not in my name. Why did someone else's payment information show up on my account?? I wanted no parts to do with this so I tried to deactivate my account and it wouldn't let me.

This casino is HORRIBLE and a complete scam! Everyone need to come together and report them to the attorney general so that we can get them shut down! I signed up for this casino specifically to play a certain game provider. After registration, they completely removed the provider and now I can’t play multiple listed providers maybe only one that is highly volatile and I’m not simply interested in playing. I never touched the balance so I reached out to support and they basically denied my refund. Pathetic! They are intentionally baiting ppl to sign up and then removing the good providers after you register. On their sister site Jackpota, I can play all those providers so it is NOT a location issue but a SCAM! Do NOT play here! I am trying my best to get them shut down!

I have over $1,000 that I “won” but they won’t let me cash out. It’s been over a month now of trying to redeem my sweep coins. They decline my request every single time with no explanation, I even passed the kyc and I’m verified. I have contacted support multiple times and have never received any type of response. I hope these people are caught.

I requested a redemption over 10 days ago. I passed all verification and provided all requested documents. Still no deposit, and customer service just ignores any communication

stay away from this casino. do not spend your money here trust me. they only got me for a few bucks but your not gonna get your winnings. this is a shell casino. i think they want people info to use it for future fraud purposes.

EDIT: got an email saying they closed my account. mind you i have never had any issues with kyc. and they lied about refunding my purchase. spread the word avoid this casino like the plague it is

Took them almost 2 weeks to do my KYC VERIFICATION I have played and cashed out many casinos and it never took more then 48 hours to verify it took over 24 hours to get a response from support and then I submitted for redemption and am still waiting been waiting over 48 hours for a response from support trash or huge SCAM to me

If you are thinking about depositing money here, DON'T. Spin4America and their affiliate Jackpota are running a highly predatory operation.
I recently won and successfully cashed out $2,000 on Jackpota. Almost immediately after, they sent me a direct promo to join their new sister site, Spin4America. I signed up, deposited $19.99 via PayPal, and played until I reached a legitimate balance of $600.06.
When I tried to cash out, their automated verification system (Sumsub) threw a generic error. Instead of letting me manually verify my ID like any normal, legal business, Spin4America used this "error" as an excuse to instantly and permanently ban my account, completely wiping out my $600.06 balance. To cover their tracks, they refunded my initial $19.99 deposit so they could claim they didn't "steal" my money, while successfully voiding my legitimate winnings.
Because Jackpota and Spin4America share player data, they clearly flagged my account because of my prior $2,000 win and used a fake verification glitch as a loophole to avoid paying me out again. This is an unregulated, offshore operation that punishes winning players. Do not give them a single cent or your personal data.
