The bonus promotions are very unclear
The bonus promotions are very unclear. Sometimes simply clicking the link in the promotional email activates the bonus, while other times you have to manually activate it — but there's no consistency or clear instruction about when or how to do this.
I clicked the promo link and deposited money on a Friday night, but no bonus appeared. I then manually activated the bonus under the "Bonuses" section and checked again — still nothing. When I contacted support, they told me the bonus had to be activated before depositing, which wasn't made clear anywhere.
I ended up depositing more money and this time the bonus applied. However, the system used all of my real money (including the initial deposit that didn’t qualify for the bonus) before touching the bonus funds. That was incredibly frustrating, especially given the confusion around the bonus activation in the first place.
Overall, the lack of clarity and inconsistent bonus activation process makes for a poor user experience.

The turnover for withdrawls need to be shorter which is related to the payment team. Even for a user on the highest level it seems there is no advantages. That is a major issue, is waiting for the "team" to approve. Also, there shouldnt be a limit to what you can withdraw either. Theres a limit per month? No need for that limit.
