Spinefit Reviews

Everything was explained properly about this product and customer service is excellent

Amazing experience with the company as I ordered a smaller size and it didn’t fit. They had no hesitation in exchanging this fantastic product which when I managed to get in felt amazing on my spine.
I would highly recommend this company not only for its product quality but for its gracious customer support if anything goes wrong.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go near this company. They have been dodging my correspondence for months trying to get my refund despite a 'no hassle' returns policy. I have never experienced such incompetent customer service.

If you needs something that really works try this and believe me that you will be surprised how amazing is.
The best purchase ever 👍

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and they offered to send me an size exchange for free and were very quick to send out the new one!

Size was too small, I request for resize once I get perfect size will share my experience.

Customer service went above and beyond to make sure I received the right size after receiving the wrong size. Can’t wait to receive the right size.

The size was not specific to me waist. based on specifications I ordered a "L" large, however true to size I would have been better off with an XL. Luckily, the company took immediate action on replying to my concern and coming up with a solution to the issue. Having lower back issues for quite some time, this product is a welcome addition to the program.

Quick response to emails a great customer service

It took a short while before Customer Service responded to my initial query but when they finally did, they were prompt, helpful, and accommodating. They proposed a great solution to my fit problem.
Now, for the product itself. I have worn MANY waist/back belts over the years but this one really dials in the fit. Typically, belts are just elastics and velcro. However, this one uses cords in a pulley system that makes it easy to tighten and remain tight. Its also very lightweight and not bulky at all. I look forward to using this more and more for my back pain.

Very prompt and courteous service fast shipping product is great

The item is durable and I can see how it can help with my spine. I received the wrong size recommendation from the AI tool and I reached out to customer support and they were five out of five responsive time and communication was great.

I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and they were super fast in getting back to me and correcting the problem! Great customer service!

great product, really helps

The belt has been a great discovery for me and my back amd posture has never felt any better. As someone who does a lot of sitting through reading and also driving, it couldn't have come at any time more auspicious than now. I feel lighter snd taller.

I had a great experience with Spine Fit overall. The product itself has been excellent and really helped ease my lower back pain. I noticed a difference after using it consistently, and it’s been a great addition to my routine.

Customer support was also top notch. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the process, especially when I needed to make a quick exchange. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, which I really appreciated.

Overall, great product and even better service. I would definitely recommend Spine Fit to others.

Customer Service is amazing. I needed a larger size and they were very accommodating. Highly Recommend

I wasn't satisfied with the product and returned it within the 30 days. It's been well over a month and I still haven't gotten my refund and customer service is not responding to my emails.

I've had the most awesome experience with SpineFit. My original order was too small so I contacted them and explained my situation. They helped me out tremendously, by offering me a replacement for free without sending back the original. I'm so grateful for the care, concern and exceptional customer service I've received. Thanks again, SpineFit.

The company is a complete scam. They claim to have a refund guarantee and hassle free returns but ignore your messages. I even sent messages through FB Messenger which they read and ignored.
